  • First of all it's fun. It's not the same old routine. You get to punch and kick your aggression out. The variety of exercises each day, and at each station keeps it interesting. The effeciency of the calorie burn is great. I also enjoy the interaction with the trainers during the freestyle round. I love that the sessions only take 30 minutes. Finally, the flexibility of not having to come at a specific time is great.

  • The workouts are wide and varied, so my body doesn't ever get used to it.. and I never get bored. I see the workouts tailored to both very fit people and others, like myself, that are just starting their fitness journey. I enjoy the encouragement and care given by the excellent trainers. For anyone who knows they are out of shape or is returning to workout after an extended sedentary absence, I recommend highly getting the heart rate monitor. That allows you to get immediate feedback on how the intensity is impacting YOUR body. You can use that feedback to make choices as to how hard you are willing to go starting out. Be ok with starting slow if you need to and build up over time. That helps avoid injury and keeps you motivated.

  • I love the format! It's exactly what I need. Not one of my days is the same....I can have a break from conference calls at 11.45 or at 3.30. With 9Round, I just show up and cycle in. 30 minutes...hard. Sometimes all I have is 45 minutes and I get back on the phone from the car. It works...both for my ridiculous schedule and for the workout. It is the only exercise solution that I have found that works. My only suggestion...open on Sunday...even if just for a few hours. It's the one day a week where I have nothing on my calendar.

  • I LOVE 9 Round! I work full Time and it is very hard to find time to go to a gym class. 9 Round is perfect because there are no class times so you can get in and get your workout in and leave. It is a great workout with an owner and staff who are super helpful and encouraging, they don't want you To fail.
