  • Kendra <span class="nick-name">"Super K"</span> Hackett
    Kendra "Super K" Hackett
    Cycling, karate, running, kick boxing, skiing ... Kendra has done a lot of things to keep healthy. As an active person raising 2 boys, she stepped into a 9Round gym one year ago and that was it. She found her calling. She left her dual careers in Human Resources and massage therapy, to bring the joy of movement and exersize as fun to the Southern NH coastline. Because of her 18 year background as a licensed, certified massage therapist, Kendra brings a form-centric approach to her training. With proper form, you will get the most out of your workouts, with minimal risk of injury. As both owner and lead trainer, Kendra uses all of the tools in her toolbox to give you a great, safe workout that will keep you coming back for more!

    Jon "Three Rings" Pramas
    A USA-Certified Boxing Instructor, Jon brings almost 35 years of training, fighting and coaching to the gym. He is a huge fan of Boxing and all Martial Arts. In 2017, he swam Alcatraz and in 2018, he completed the Spartan Trifecta. He's competed in many Adventure Races and Triathalons in the past, and played several sports growing up including soccer at the collegiate level. Fitness, in particular Boxing/Kickboxing, is his passion. Per Jon, "These activities in my opinion are by far the best workouts for total overall health and conditioning." Come see Jon on Saturday mornings!

    Kaity "Kamo" Mori
    Hi, my namne is Kaity. I am a mother of four very active boys and a hair stylist in my spare time. From the time I was three, through high school graduation, I was very active. I cheered, danced, took gymnastics, and played softball. I continued with cheerlieading and gymnastics for 10 years after graduation when a shoulder injury lead to surgery and put me out of commission for close to 6 months. Getting back into a routine was tough. Regular gyms weren't my thing, and home workouts didn't keep me motivated enough. Over the years, I've tried a few different kickboxing gyms and knew this was definitely the workout I needed. However, the class times didn't work for me! I finally found my fitness home at 9Round, and after almost a year as a member, decided I wanted to help other people find their passion for fitness through kickboxing. I joined the team, and am ready to help you achieve your fitness goals and keep you motivated on Monday nights!

    Stephanie "The Rock" Rokitowski
    Stephanie is a self-proclaimed fitness junkie. She loves weight training, trained for and ran a half marathon, and most recently began an amateur boxing career. Through all of her training over the years, boxing has been the most challenging and rewarding and has gotten her into the best shape of her life. With her amateur fight experience and training she is ready to help 9Round Members channel their inner Rocky!

    Paige "PJ" Halberstadt
    Overall health & fitness enthusiast from Chicago, who grew up playing almost every team sport throughout her youth, and continuously staying active daily with a focus on wellness through running, lifting, and playing soccer, tennis, or basketball for fun. Growing as a New Englander only became easier with newfound joy in running the beaches during the summer months, and learning how to snowboard at mountains all over in the wintertime. Recently certified as a yoga instructor, and determined kick boxer, because it’s clear she wants to make her passions her career, and always looking to help others meet their fitness goals!
