  • I love that I am receiving personal training. Love Kendra and the staff that I met so far. Very motivating. I love a quick and hard 30 minute exercise program that gets me sweating and I can feel my muscles had a good work-out. Love that is it 5 minutes from my home (ok maybe 10). I get the Charter membership which is awesome, so glad I got the introduction mailing and sign-up quickly.

  • It's not boring, you're doing something different throughout the 30 minutes. The trainers are patient, helpful and friendly. Everyone is a beginner pretty much so you don't feel uncomfortable. I LOVE that I can feel my hard work and I tell you, I'm out of shape so it truly is hard work but I'm excited for a much anticipated transformation.

About the team

  • 9Round trainer
    Kendra "Super K" Hackett
    Cycling, karate, running, kick boxing, skiing ... Kendra has done a lot of things to keep healthy. As an active person raising 2 boys, she stepped into a 9Round gym one year ago and that was it. She found her calling. She left her dual careers in Human Resources and massage therapy, to bring the joy of movement and exersize as fun to the Southern NH coastline. Because of her 18 year background as a licensed, certified massage therapist, Kendra brings a form-centric approach to her training. With proper form, you will get the most out of your workouts, with minimal risk of injury. As both owner and lead trainer, Kendra uses all of the tools in her toolbox to give you a great, safe workout that will keep you coming back for more!

    Lizzy "Level Up" Smith
    Lizzy started her 9Round journey as a member and immediately fell in love. She has always had a passion for exercise. Growing up with a yoga teacher mom, she was always active and playing sports. She loves to help keep others motivated, achieve their goals, and feel good about themselves. With her as your trainer, be ready to put in some work and break a sweat!

    Jon "Three Rings" Pramas
    A USA-Certified Boxing Instructor, Jon brings almost 35 years of training, fighting and coaching to the gym. He is a huge fan of Boxing and all Martial Arts. In 2017, he swam Alcatraz and this year, he completed the Spartan Trifecta. He's competed in many Adventure Races and Triathalons in the past, and played several sports growing up including soccer at the collegiate level. Fitness, in particular Boxing/Kickboxing, is his passion. These activities in my opinion are by far the best workouts for total overall health and conditioning. Come see Jon on Saturday mornings!

    Andres "The Rookie" Lopez
    Andres is not your typical software engineer. He believes in having a healthy mind and a healthy body. He was born in Ecuador and played soccer since he was a baby. and even reached the semi-pro leagues before moving to Seabrook NH. He then played soccer in HS and college. During college he played soccer and rugby. He was also part of the Brazilian jiu-jitsu club. In addition, he played every intramural sport on college: indoor and outdoor soccer, basketball, tennis, baseball, football and a few more. He loves working out, and fitness is a daily part of his life. Finally, Andres loves learning new languages, and traveling the world. Come work out with Andres on Monday and Friday mornings!
