  • Absolutely the best and most effective cardio and strength workout, in 30 minutes, at my convenience. I've noticed improved muscle tone and increased fat loss since I've started working out at 9Round (3-5 times a week). Better results than when I was taking 5-6 hour long classes at the gym! I enjoy doing a different workout every day. The trainers are so encouraging and always willing to offer modifications if necessary. Joining 9Round was the best fitness decision I've ever made !!!

  • There is no end to how you can modify workouts to make them easier or more challenging. The owner and trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. The 9round in Somersworth, NH is kept very clean. Also, the location is very convenient.

  • The atmosphere and environment are extremely welcoming. The staff is always positive and helpful. The staff remembers you individually and makes you feel at home. I can go at my own pace but am still challenged every class! I highly recommend 9Rounds. It is legit for anyone. No stereotypes and no judgement.

  • Motivation? Check. Always changing workouts that are there to challenge you and yet make you feel stronger? Check. Great trainers that not only show you what exercises to do but encourage you from start to finish? check. Walk out 30 minutes later feeling like a whole new (and sweaty) person? Double check! 9round isn’t there to judge or make you feel intimidated. It’s to make you see the challenges they give you and do it the best you can. Best part? You always end up surprising yourself!

  • I like that there is a personal level. The trainers remember your name and your backstory. They also push you to do your best or modify the routine for you if that's what you need. You stay engaged the whole time. There are NO breaks! A half-hour workout feels like you've been there for at least an hour. Just when you feel like you can't go any further, you realize you only have one more round to go and get your second wind. You can't phone this workout in!

  • Where do I start ?? The fact that there are no class times makes it so convenient . The location is close to work and home . The staff at 9Rounds in Somersworth Nh are all fantastic. Thirty minutes goes by before I know it. It's fun and therapeutic to punch and kick my way through the work out. I could go on and on Best workout I've ever had

    Tony, Owner/Certified Trainer, has always had a passion for fitness. Whether playing, coaching or refereeing, he has an encouraging style to help others. After years of weight training, he decided to try something different and joined 9Round. He enjoys the intense 30-minute workout and the camaraderie of the trainers and 9Round members. This became the motivation to open his own facility. He looks forward to encouraging others to reach their fitness goals and share the positive experiences 9Round has to offer.
