About the team
Loroine "Big Bear" McKnightLoroine is the owner, and head trainer for 9Round South Plainfield. He has been into athletics and fitness dating back to the 5th grade. In High School, Loroine was a 3 year varsity letterman, starter, and captain of the football team. He also played basketball and ran track. He then went on to college to play division 1 football, and that is where he gained the knowledge on how to stay fit. After graduating from college, he had his own personal struggles with weight gain and poor nutrition habits. Loroine never gave. He decided to take control, and once again, focus on his nutrition and exercise, and lost over 40 pounds. His mission now is help others who struggle with their health and fitness, and help them to become better and stronger versions of themselves.
Brittney "Mamba" GriffinBrittney, is a former High School, and college basketball athlete. She is a fitness enthusiast who loves working out, and challenging herself with high intensity training. Brittney is also currently a high school head basketball coach, and physical education teacher, so she is an expert at motivating people to achieve higher levels of results.
Kashon "Go Get'Em" GreenKashon Go GET'EM Green is just that, a GO GETTER!. His burning desire to one day open his own fitness center to continue the fight on obesity, and also provide an outlet for our youth. His passion for fitness came at an early age, while training to become a boxer. Kashon received an academic scholarship to South Carolina State University, where he also ran Cross Country Track.
Nelson "The Prophet" WhiteNelson grew up being an all around athlete. Nelson was a High School football, basketball, and track star, and that is where his passion for fitness began. Nelson is currently training as he his own his way to becoming a professional boxer. He has several fights under his belt, on the amateur level, with a record of 7 - 0. Along with becoming a professional boxer, Nelson also has a desire to train others in the world of boxing.
Amber "Skye" BerkowitzAmber pure fitness enthusiast. She loves non conventional ways of working out, and loves to meet new people. Her goal is to continue to train people, and teach others what she has learned throughout her fitness journey.
