In real time, the 9ROUND PULSE™ in-club display shows your effort level, heart rate, calories burned, and PULSE Points earned during your workout. Color-coded heart rate zones make it easy to see your effort level at a glance.
How It Works
- You wear your 9ROUND PULSE™ belt during your workout.
- As you work out, the device tracks how hard you’re working and displays your effort rating, your heart rate and calories burned on a monitor inside the 9Round club.
- You can easily see if you’re in your optimal fat burning zone and adjust your effort up or down as needed.
- View your results and progress any time from the app or your online account. Your results are also emailed to you after each workout.

Love the workouts, changes every day, keeps you interested. Staff is great. I really like when they take time to make your workout a little tougher or interact with you within a round. Everyone knows your name, and they constantly push you to do your best. I've been using 9 rounds for about 3 years in several different locations, and the one on Reidville Rd is my favorite. By the way, don't make Shelbe mad at you or it will be Burpees for life.
I have been at 9Round for a few months now and LOVE it! I see results happening and I feel better everyday. If you aren't a member, you should join! It is by far the best gym I've ever been a member of!
I love working out here! All of the trainers are motivating and i feel welcome every time I walk through the door. This is a great workout for those of us who don't have a lot of spare time, but still want to get a workout in.
I'm addicted! I was concerned about working out again after a crossfit accident. But all the trainers at the Reidville Rd location ARE AMAZING. They personalize it for me. I LOVE how they are the best mix of encouraging and kicking my butt at the same time. This is the only workout I can see doing long term.
This place is awesome! Eric and the gang are great trainers and THIS is the place to be if you really want to get fit and get there fast. In two months, these folks have kicked my butt in shape and the energy at Westside 9 Round is so much fun. 9 Round is hands down the best high energy workout in the county. Total body workout in just 30 grueling minutes. I'm totally hooked and my results are far better than I ever expected.
I have never enjoyed working out, but this place is awesome. The Westside trainers are personable and attentive. They motivate and kick my butt at the same time. I love that I already feel stronger after only 2 weeks of going.
