  • It’s different than your average gym. I can’t stand running on a treadmill. Coming to 9 rounds I can get my workout done in 30 mins and I feel like a met my fullest potential. At the average gym I was able to slack off and not really push myself. 9 rounds offers the one on one trainer to show you what you need to do and keep you motivated.

  • This workout totally exhausted me! I am just now making progress on my journey with 9Round. The trainers are great, the workouts change daily, the belt and other equipment is first class. I thought I would breeze through the workout, I could not get through the 1st of 9 parts of the workout. I was encouraged, challenged, and now able to work through the workout.

  • I’ve been a member at several other gyms, but now I am a busy working mom. When attending other gyms, I would have to be there at a specific time for a class to start. That doesn’t currently work with my schedule. Now, I can come to 9round and jump right in at any time that is convenient for me. Not to mention that I’m getting a better workout in half the time! Anyone who thinks they don’t have time to workout should give 9round a chance. It’s the best 30 minutes of the day!!

I need structure and guidance and I had never found these in any other place, until I started 9Round. The staff is always helpful and very friendly.   • 9Round trainer
    Rico "Ricooooo" Gabriel
    Rico is our Lead Trainer at 9Round Westside. He graduated from the Citadel and has been accepted into the Citadel graduate college. He has been into fitness for 10 years. Rico started as a 9Round member for over two years before joined our team. He has been a trainer at 9Round Westside Rico celebrated his one year anniversary with us in May of 2016.

    Renee "Razzy " Kuehl
    Renee comes to us from Greenville, TN. She is known as the CEO of the Kuehl Family. With a husband and 4 kids that's a full house! She started as a 9Round member for over 2 1/2 years. She joined our team in January 2016 and has been pushing members to their limits ever since. Her goal as a 9Round trainer is to push the members to bring out the best they have to offer.

    Laura "Mouth " Epps
    Laura is a real life 9Round success story. She became a member almost 2 years ago and is down 60 lbs!!!! Her passion for our members really shows. Her favorite thing about 9Round is the people. As well as an excellent trainer she also home schools her children. Her other interest include hiking, baking, and reading.
