Rick holds a Black Belt in Kickboxing under Bill "Superfoot" Wallace. Rick has studied Martial Arts for 15 years and has experience in Judo and Brazi...lian Ju-jitsu. Rick has been married for 22 years to Sharon and has 2 children Ricky (21) and Ally (13). More
Bruce moved to St. Petersburg in December of 2018 with Sector St. Petersburg being my first duty station for the United States Coast Guard. Bruce is ...loving living in Florida staying busy with work, fitness whether that be 9 Rounds or riding my bike to the beach, and playing bass for his church. More
Lindsay moved to St. Pete in July of 2018 to begin law school at Stetson College of Law. When she isn't studying, she's throwing punches, relaxing on... the beach, or laying on top of one of her two 100 lb doodle dogs! I love that’s it’s only 30 minutes- half way through I always wanna give up, but then there’s only 4 stations left and I push through. It’s great for asthmatics. I have a really hard time doing an hou... r of high intensity, but this works perfectly for me. I really like the staff at my gym. They always greet you using your name and when saying bye, you get a high five and a “great job”. They show you at each station what to do and correct you if you’re doing it wrong. Joined about six weeks ago based on recommendation from my wife and so far it is the best gym experience I've ever tried. The key for me is the flexible schedule (jump in on any 3 min interval) and 3... 0 minutes to finish a complete (and very intense) workout. The element that really takes it to the top of my list though is the trainer, Rick.
