    Jacob is a local of Iredell county, growing up in Troutman, North Carolina. He is a very outgoing and energetic person which comes in handy when working with a trainer. He has been involved in various martial arts for almost a decade. Jacob is a fierce competitor in many Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Mixed Martial Arts fights throughout the Southeast region. There is no trainer at 9Round who can match his hand pad and bag work; as well as showing proper kickboxing techniques that are involved throughout the 9Round program. We love Jacob at 9Round Statesville because his experiences brings professional edge to fitness kickboxing.

    The owner of 9Round Statesville and master of ceremonies! Diana holds a degree in exercise science and of course has graduated from 9Round University! She has over 10 years in personal training experience and a devout tribe of success stories and clients all over Charlotte. She holds her gym in high regard and values every person that walks through the door. Please do not hesitate to reach out to her with any concerns. Unless she is working out... best to just wait until she's done... they don't call her Diesel for nothing :)

    John is a graduate of Appalachian State University. He comes to 9Rounds holding a degree in exercise science and a concentration in strength and conditioning. The experience John gained from working with athletes as an intern at App State brings a wealth of knowledge on form and function for our clients. We appreciate that he always has the correct modification for any exercise... that means no excuses for not making it in for your workouts! John is dedicated and excited to help 9Rounders reach their fitness goals.. one round at a time!!
