About the team
Hannah was born and raised in Texas where she lived a very active lifestyle taking care of the many animals and chores around the ranch. Hannah moved ...to Greenville 12 years ago and was thrown into sports at school. Her favorite sports are volleyball and soccer. She played high school varsity volleyball for 3 years then sports died down and she started working. Hannah had various jobs most of which were in costumer service. She passed 9Round gym constantly on my way to work and always wanted to see what it was like. Hannah was so excited when I finally joined the team. She loves working in the 9Round atmosphere. It is exciting, fun, productive and sometimes crazy. Hannah loves having a job where she can help make other people's lives better. Favorite kickboxing move: Shin Kicks More
MacKenzie is a senior at USC Upstate, majoring in Exercise Science. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, working along side her husband i...n ministry, and all things health and fitness. One of her biggest goals is to encourage others to live healthy lifestyles. MacKenzie wants to help others reach their goals, and become stronger in 30 minutes, both physically and mentally. Jo is the manager of the beautiful and lovely Taylors location. She has been with 9Round for a few years now, and is in love with everything about it.... Jo is a USC Grad with a degree in education, she loves being able to utilize her teaching skills to better her members. Jo enjoys hiking and camping, and has a passion for fitness. Derek was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina. He has always had a passion for fitness. The 9Round team is a perfect fit for Derek, because ...together we are able to help other people reach their fitness goals. Derek wants to help people become better versions of themselves in all aspects of their lives, starting in the gym--nine rounds at a time! Favorite kickboxing move: Hooks More
Heather was a multi-sport athlete throughout school, having played basketball, softball, and volleyball. During her years of playing sports, she has b...een awarded MVP titles and Athlete of the year. She played Roller Derby with Greenville Derby Dames for 2 years where her team ended with a winning season. Heather is also an avid outdoors person. She enjoys Kayaking, hiking, and camping. She became a member of 9Round around a year ago and was down "right hooked"! She enjoyed the workout and stress relief so much that she decided to become a trainer there to help others achieve their fitness goals! Favorite kickboxing move: Hooks More
Carolina a.k.a SQ-KILLLER, was born in Colombia. The second day she set a foot in the States, about two years ago, her husband took her to 9Round wher...e she completely fell in love. She started as a member, then became a trainer. Carolina has a degree in Foreign Languages Education, from her country; she speaks Spanish, English, and French. While in University, Carolina practiced Soccer and Taekwondo, she loves being active and healthy. The most important goal for Carolina as a 9Round trainer and teacher is helping people reach their personal goals and to change lives. Favorite kickboxing move: Jumping Front Kicks More
Shelby moved to Greenville 3 years ago from her hometown of San Diego, CA. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology: Fitness, Nutrition and... Health from San Diego State University. After college, Shelby worked in the corporate wellness field for 4 years, then realized she wasn’t quite fulfilled in life, and knew music was always her passion. So, she went back to school and received a degree in Audio Recording and Production from The Recording Arts Center. Shelby has worked in multiple recording studios out West, and has produced many records. Once moving to Greenville, she got into live sound and has worked at numerous music venues. Shelby currently work at The Firmament, where I am the head Sound Engineer. When she is not in the sound booth, I am training at 9 Round--where she loves encouraging members to live healthy lifestyles, to meet their goals! Favorite kickboxing move: Shin Kicks More
Hannah has always been very passionate about health and fitness, so the 9Round team has been a perfect fit for her. Hannah works full time at a chirop...ractic office, and works part time at 9Round. Spencer is 17 years old, and he is a senior at Greer High School. He started really enjoying sports and working out when he started wrestling his fres...hman year. His love for wrestling helped him to develop a passion for fitness. Spencer loves being able to grow in knowledge of health and fitness, while helping others to do the same, here at 9Round. He is excited to be a member of the 9Round team at the Pelham Road location. He hopes to make a positive impact on everyone who comes through the doors to get a killer workout from him! Cale was born and raised in Greenville, SC. He joined 9Round as a member in May, 2019 and started seeing and feeling results within a month This gave ...him the ambition to become a Trainer at 9Round. Cale joined our team as a Trainer in October, 2019. He is a career firefighter at Taylors Fire Department. His wife, Laurie, also joined 9Round as a member after seeing his results. Together, they five children and one grandchild. More

I feel like like I always walk away with an amazing work out! It isn't social hour like at my previous gym where I waited forever to use machines because the user talked the whole time.
