Always differnent challenging workouts. Each station is long enough to feel the workout but done before you know it and moving on to the next station. Since each day is different you can’t dread wha... t’s next. You are there and just get it done. 30 minutes is perfect - allows me to work out daily without feeling like I only spend time in the gym and have no time for anything else. Love it!
