Going into 9round 3 times a week is where I draw my STRENGTH from for the days I dont go!! I was a runner since age 17.. with age the knees dont cooperate. But my mind needs clearing (runners high) b... oxing at 9round does this and more for me!! My goal was to get rid of my flabby arms and I ended up dropping 20 lbs with complete ease and my knee has never hurt me and my mind is clear 3 times a week and I come out of my 30 minute session with Laura having a clear mind and being able to make big decisions in my life.
