  • In a word: everything. No appointments, an ever-changing workout, helpful and friendly trainers, and best of all, results. If you’re committed to showing up 2-3 times a week, and get accustomed to having your butt handed to you, you will feel stronger and fitter quicker than you thought possible. If there’s a more efficient way to whip yourself into shape, i’ve yet to see it. 30 minutes and you’re done. And spent. But it feels so good, you can’t wait to go back!

  • I love how easy it is to come in for a workout, the fact that you can just jump in anytime. You work hard and it’s not complicated. I love the workout family that Chad has created at Carlaw and the trainers are amazing. I’ve been taking my friends and family and will continue to recommend it!!

  • We are loving the proximity of the gym to the house. As well the staff and other attendees are very positive and friendly which makes coming for a workout something to look forward to. The equipment and facilities are clean and in great condition. We are hoping that as we head back to teaching / school in September that the hours may adjust to allow for earlier morning workouts before we head to work. Otherwise we are super pleased with our experience thus far and look forward to continuing with the intensive workouts and great training. Sincerely Chris and Cris

  • It's a mix between the fact I've actually discovered a cardio workout I love (and will therefore stick with), and the fact that it's become a place where I feel like home. My workout's over in 30 minutes, but I always end up sticking around 30 more annoying the staff, who I've come to see as good friends.

  • It’s a consistent workout. I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do. I just show up. I also know I’ll be out in 40 minutes every time. I also de-stress with all that heavy bag work.

  • Firstly, the workout is exceptionally well designed. For someone like me who doesn't naturally gravitate toward physical activity as a rule, it's hard to make an excuse for not finding 30-35 minutes in a day, a few times a week, to see results. I think I just completed my 111th workout last night and that has to be an all-time record for me in terms of adhering to any kind of regimen. Secondly: those results. Sure, I've lost some weight since my first 9Round workout (when I thought I'd never come back). But it's the way in which your body changes shape and gets stronger that are the real draw for me. My increased physicality and cardio are evident in other parts of my life. My progress is undeniable. Finally, it's the people. From Chad, the owner, to all of the trainers both presently employed and those who've unfortunately moved on, their upbeat personalities and knowledge about the workouts makes going to the gym not feel like such a necessary drag. I'm not easily impressed, and I don't know if I have the strongest willpower in the world, but if 9Round can work for me, I think it will pretty much work for anyone who's willing to give it a shot.

  • No set class times or schedule - very flexible. Friendly staff, that's the best part, they make it fun. Able to adjust and make it as difficult or easy as you want, able to modify. Really is great for cardio. Fast turnaround, able to fit it into schedule easily.

  • Get to immediately start working out. No waiting for class to begin. No rushing to class. Staff are fun and friendly. Great workout. I hate cardio but this kind of cardio is fun physically and mentally!
