30 minute kickboxing inspired fitness classes

Something you can get addicted to in a GOOD way? 9Round is a NO CONTACT, full body, 30 min kickboxing workout that includes both cardio and resistance training designed to help you burn the most amount of calories possible and efficiently. The workouts are prepared for you daily by a world champion kickboxer, allowing for modifications to fit all fitness levels.
A 9Round membership includes unlimited workouts every month. The are NO CLASS TIMES, so you can never be late. There are new rounds starting every 3 min so you can hop in at any time with no worries. You will gain full access to a customized 9Round Nutrition portal, with meal plans, newsletters, advice, and a forum to ask the doctor questions. You will have a certified personal trainer with you every step of the way. Your workout is only 30 min so that you can come in, burn calories, and get back to the other things you need to do.

30 mins may seem like a short time but once you get done it will feel like you have been working out longer and worth every minute of it. The trainers are great and you are treated like family there. they take the time to show you the workout and make sure you are doing ok during each round! After years of little or no results from my workouts, I was ready for something new to shake things up and help me build strength, increase stamina, and of course help me look better. The day I met Melanie and Jeremy turned out to be momentous, because that's when I decided to give their 9Round kickboxing workout a try. Absolutely love this club. The trainers (from owners to staff) each are attentive and motivating. The workouts are always different, so I'm never bored. And I love being able to work out on *my* schedule and at a convenient location.

9Round takes your workout and fitness to the next level with the most advanced heart rate training program in the world. Keeping your heart rate in the correct "FAT Burning Zone" is critical to getting the results you want. With our screens inside the clubs you will get instant feedback on whether you need to work harder or slow down. You will also receive MEP's for each minute you are in zone.
what are meps?
MYZONE Effort Points(MEPs) are a new metric for measuring physical activity. MEPs accumulate for every minute of activity that a user spends in the 5 effort(intensity) zones based on one's individual maximum heart rate. The more effort that is put in, the more MYZONE Effort points are earned.
Every user receives their own cloud based account where all activity is automatically uploaded acting as an online log book of all physical activity.
