We preplan the workout every Morning so you never have to waste time trying to figure out what to do and guarentees you get a great workout everytime. Also, with a new round starting every 3 minutes you come on your schedule. You never have to worry about missing a class that you already paid for.

I have been going to 9-Round for 5 months now and I absolutely love it! Over the years, I have tried many different gyms and workout programs. 9-Round is by far the best! It's quick, effective, and fun! You're done in 30 minutes, and every day the workouts are different. The trainors are extremely friendly, helpful, and encouraging. They know the clients by name and motivate each person based on the progress they've made. I’ve been exercising and lifting weights for the last 23 years and I’ve tried just about everything. In my opinion, ‘knowing what to do’ and ‘actually doing it’ are the two biggest challenges people face when trying to become healthier. The concept that 9Round is based on makes these two problems easier to deal with. First it is self-contained, meaning everything is planned out for you when you arrive. The exercises are a balanced full body workout focusing on functional strength. If you are a beginner they teach you how to perform the exercises correctly (don’t be scared!). Or if, like me, you’ve grown tired of coming up with a new exercise plan every 8 weeks then your daily workout is already taken care of for you. The exercises change every day so it remains effective and doesn’t get boring. Essentially you walk in, work out, and then leave. No thought needed until your next workout. Second, the people (including the trainers) make a much bigger difference than I ever expected. The people around you are working hard so it’s natural to get pulled along with the current and work hard yourself – but there is no direct competition. And it’s a small gym so there’s nowhere to hide, always a good thing. The trainers are helpful too, meaning you can ask them for extra work (they love that!) if you want to focus on certain areas. If you have special requirements they are willing to accommodate that as well. It is not one-on-one attention but I find it to be enough. It really is like having a personal trainer but nowhere near as expensive. Finally, it is convenient time-wise. You don’t have to make an appointment and there are no class times. You just start whenever you happen to get there, rotating through each of 9 different stations. They keep you moving the whole time too, meaning your body really does get a good workout in a little over 30 minutes door to door. I was in my second month at 9Round and I cancelled a long-time membership at the gold standard of gyms. I was simply wasting my time at the other place. I know that every gym advertises results, but I truly believe you can reach your fitness goals here because it is based on a great formula and staff.
My journey started at 9Round Waukesha on January 7th 2013.I was 38 years old and had been over weight most of my life, I set a goal for myself to be in the best shape of my life and weigh 185lbs by my 40th birthday on 9/4/14. Today is 3/12/14 and I am very proud to say that I reached my goal! I now weigh 185lbs and I feel great! In the past when I lost weight everyone told me I looked sick because I didn't lose the weight in a healthy way. Thanks to 9Round Waukeshas awesome workout and with the help of 9Round Nutrition I replaced the fat with lean muscle and now my body is much more toned and I look a lot better. Was a regular in 9 Rounds for the beginning of the year. Then as the weather got nicer I focused my workouts to be outdoors. Now that it's fall/winter and the weather is a little less forgiving I am back at 9 Rounds. It is a great place to get a high intensity workout in a short amount of time! The staff is friendly and is always available to provide tips and motivation!

I want to thank Rebecca Scott, Nikki Lehman and the entire 9Round Waukesha family, I went shopping today, which I always dread, but I needed clothes. I started to try on what size I thought I wore and had to keep going down and down. I finally landed on a size 10 Rock&Republic leggings.
