  • The HIIT workout is great and kicking and punching stuff is good too!! However, the interaction with the trainers is what sets this apart from other workouts. Jennifer, Will, Joe, and Chelsey keep us all motivated and know when to when to support, encourage and push us! These folks are what I like best about my 9Round experience!!

  • It is a friendly, fun environment. Jenn and Will take extra care getting to know all of the members. We have all made new friends and enjoy a friendly with the CHOW. Workouts are fun and challenging (thanks corporate lol) I have seen an improvement in my body and co-ordination.
