I love this place! I have never actually wanted to go workout before finding 9 round. I actually go out of my way to re-arrange my schedule some days to get there! Everyone is so nice and it is always fun to hit something if I have had a bad day at work!

The workouts are more then enough for a reason to come here. It's hard to leave here in a bad mood and not feeling better about yourself. 9Round Certified Trainers
Michelle "007" BondMichelle is the Owner/Certified Trainer at 9Round Ann Arbor - Jackson Rd. Michelle has been involved in fitness her entire life, from gymnastics, cheerleading and track in her younger days to running, weight lifting, barre and kickboxing currently. Health and Fitness is very important to her and it reflects in her lifestyle. She and her husband own and operate a local construction company for over 29 years. She has two children, 5 dogs and 2 cats! Michelle worked as the Director of Operations at a locate Medical Spa and previously worked as the Office Manager for a Dermatologist and Cosmetic Dermatologist. As fulfilling as it was to work in an industry that helped others look their very best, Michelle longed to help others become fit and healthy!! It has always been her passion to help others live healthy lives, freely giving advice when asked. When she found 9Round and tried the workout, she knew this was her passion and decided she wanted to bring this amazing workout to the Ann Arbor area! She trained and then went on to received her 9Round Trainer Certification at 9Round University and opened 9Round Ann Arbor in January 2016 with 9Round Saline coming in late fall 2017! Taylor " The Terminator" MacDonadMeet our Certified Trainer Taylor. Taylor is a member of our 300 Club doing well over 5400 rounds!! Taylor worked as a "Curves" Certified Personal Trainer and "Curves" Complete Nutrition Coach through the Cleveland Clinic for about four years. She helped coach several members with not only their fitness goals but their nutrition goals as well and helped keep them accountable and motivated. Taylor also taught Zumba classes for two years and loved leading group fitness classes! Taylor has her own personal weight loss story. She was almost 30lbs overweight but once she committed to working out at least 5 times a week for 30 minutes or more and kept track of her eating with a fitness app, the weight came off; she gained muscles and confidence in her ability to stay in shape and it drove her to push herself to new limits! She currently works out 5 - 7 days a week for 30 – 60 minutes a day and follows the 9Round Nutrition Plan to stay in shape. Nearly a year ago Taylor got a flyer in the mail for a free class at 9Round and decided to give it a try! She had been working out at another big box gym and wasn't getting the results or the attention she really needed and wanted a change. After trying her first-time workout she fell in love with the program! She has come almost every day since to workout and almost never turns down a challenge! After roughly 6 months of being a member, she decided to become a trainer and couldn't be happier! “I love working with the members and helping them not only have a good workout but, a great experience at 9Round and to stay focused and motivated to achieve their health and fitness goals!” In addition to being an awesome trainer here at 9Round, Taylor works full-time as a biller at the University of Michigan Hospital and plans on becoming a patient advocate. Josh "The Ninja" McGowenMeet our 9Round Certified Trainer Josh. Josh has over a decade of experience in competitive boxing and various forms of martial arts. He now studies human movement in all its various modalities, from martial arts and calisthenics to parkour and tai chi. A beautiful wife, a fun loving son and rambunctious dog round out the McGowen household. Come in to meet Josh and learn new skills from a smiling face here at 9round Ann Arbor!
Sasha "The Defender" BrownMeet Trainer Sasha!! Sasha, at just 17 is a sophomore student at Eastern Michigan University studying dietetics. She graduated from an early college high school with a high school diploma and sixty-two college credits. She aspires to become a registered dietitian inspiring the younger generation to lead healthier lives. She is interested in teaching overall wellness balance, healthy diets and exercise! Fitness has always been an integral part of Sasha’s daily life. “My favorite part about fitness is pushing myself and finding new challenging ways to stay fit!” Soccer, kickboxing, running, yoga, dance and fitness are a few of Sasha’s active hobbies. She spends spare time with friends, family, learning about food and investigating food’s connection to the human body. “The best part of being a trainer here at 9Round is witnessing client growth.
