ABOUT 9ROUND Apex, NC-West Williams Street
The owner, has been in the fitness business for over 10 years. Starting out in Charlotte after attending college at UNC, her first gig was with Peak Fitness, now Gold's Gym. As on of the top trainers in the area for Peak she learned alot about what it takes to be the best. She then moved to personal training on her own out of her home and in 2007 started an outdoor boot camp. Now she is excited for the opportunity to help you in Apex, NC get kickboxking fit, 9 rounds at a time at 9Round - Apex. It has been a great experience learning from the founder and CEO Shannon Hudson and his wife Heather. Over the past few months she has completed the build out of the new facility located in Haddon Hall Shopping Center is committed to making everyone who walks in the door a little healthier than when they walk out. How It Works
- You wear your 9ROUND PULSE™ belt during your workout.
- As you work out, the device tracks how hard you’re working and displays your effort rating, your heart rate and calories burned on a monitor inside the 9Round club.
- You can easily see if you’re in your optimal fat burning zone and adjust your effort up or down as needed.
- View your results and progress any time from the app or your online account. Your results are also emailed to you after each workout.

My wife and I have been members at 9Round Apex for 7 months now and we LOVE it (we just re-up'd for a year)! It's unlike any other gym we've belonged to -- none of the boredom involved with doing the same old workout over and over, and we burn more calories (and sweat way more!) in 30 minutes than we did in an hour of running on a treadmill or pumping away on an elliptical. We come in at various times day during the week, but we're always able to jump right in as soon as we get there. We get a full body workout with every visit, but each time there's a little extra focus on a specific area - arms, legs, thighs, core, etc. And in 7 months, we've never done the same workout twice! Benji, Janet and their staff always keep it interesting. They are lots of fun, great to work with and provide plenty of one-on-one coaching. If you're tired of the same old workout regimen, or if you're just looking for an intense workout, check out 9Round Apex -- you'll be glad you did!
