I have only been a member for a month, but after years of trying to find what works for me and makes me want to go workout, I have finally found it. The schedule or lack of one is fantastic for me and removes one huge excuse. Mary is the bomb and makes this place! What a joy to walk in to her smiling face and know that she will work you hard and somehow you have fun doing it. She listens to what you want/need and accomodates your work out to make it happen!! She makes you feel like you are walking in to Cheers and they want you there!! Christine is amazing too and it is obvious she cares about her clients and wants to make a difference. Erick, is inspirational and makes you try harder.

Ive been going to this location since they opened the doors. This is the best workout program Ive ever had. meaning it actually works. I haven't been in this good of shape since I was running track back at Jackson St. They oversee everything at this gym and are always patient and professional and Mary is my favorite trainer of all time. Mary has the right blend of can kick your butt to keep you going to reach your full potential along with just the right amount of ease up,motivate,and support to still remain your best friend. Clone these please.
I always thought i was in great shape. Came to try out 9rounds and 30 minutes later i was drenched in sweat. I'm hooked! Staff is exceptional plus enjoy the different routines each visit keeping me motivated. Special thanks to Mary aka "Sugar". Always pushes me to give my all. This is the best 30 minutes you can spend working out! If you don't leave sweating then your doing something wrong. I enjoy the Arlington Heights location. Staff is amazing always switching new routines to keep you interested. Mary aka "Sugar" may look sweet BUT she's the real deal. My last visit I brought my boys. She pumps you up, expecting your best. She also took the time to interact with my boys which made them happy. On a personal note she did bruise my ego on the speed bag. My boys certainly pointed out that Sugar kicked my butt and wouldn't let it go for couple days. She's very sweet, tough and a wonderful instructor. Thank you! Armando Zires
Hello, I love going to your 9round location in Arlington heights it's an inviting atmosphere. I usually go at 6am and the crew then is amazing and upbeat. The Trainer Mary is so friendly and motivating. It can sometimes be intimidating to go into a new gym, but there is always such a good vibe when I go in and Mary has helped me gain not only confidence, but muscle too!! All of the trainers are friendly and helpful, but it's nice as a young mom to workout with Mary as she can relate to all of us moms wanting to get back into shape. Also, I love how the workout changes daily. I think you could really benefit on another 6am session (possibly on the weekend) I hope you appreciate my comments and consider my suggestion Thank you Fern Nava 6am crew

With a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Kickboxing world, Chandler is an exceptional technical boxing instructor as well as a motivational fitness junkie. They don't call him Workhorse for nothing :)
