About the team
Ken "BONECRUSHER" BattinusCoach Ken is a seasoned professional, with over 15 years in the fitness industry. He is nationally certified as a personal trainer, licensed professional corner man, USA certified boxing coach, Ironman Triathlete, and amateur boxer. Ken holds two degrees, and is a veteran of the United States Army Airborne who served with distinction as a Non Commissioned Officer (NCO).
Dorothy "DOMINATION" DayDorothy is a jack of all trades. She had not been an athlete until 4 years ago when she made the decision to get fit through kickboxing at the age of 30 and stuck with it. Maximizing on her training, she quickly advanced, began sparring, and in less than 2 years began competing and winning. Currently, she is a globally recognized level 3 kickboxer with the WTBA. Her instruction is based on the concept that training needs to be fun, which is what she brings to each members’ workout. Due to her experience, she is able to get new members comfortable and advancing quickly, as well as push seasoned veterans as if they were in a fight camp. Since competing, Dorothy is continually developing mental toughness and teaches others how to push past their own limitations to achieve the life they keep procrastinating on.
Alaina "FIERCE" Mielke"I started kickboxing training in my young teens and it quickly became my greatest passion. 5 years later I started coaching kickboxing at the dojo where I first learned. I love helping others find the same passion, discipline, and self-confidence that the martial arts has given me. I have trained in Kenpo Karate and achieved a purple belt - my future goal is to make it to black belt. I’m currently training in Muay Thai and cultivating my skills as a fighter.”
Deon "THE REBEL" RandleDeon is a born athlete and a top veteran trainer. He was a 3 sport athlete in high school and college: football, basketball, and track. He dove more into boxing the last 2 years, bringing with him a combination for speed and power. Deon loves meeting new people and helping them meet their goals. He is known to push members past their limitations. This Rebel makes every workout your best workout.
