Exercising at 9Round is never boring and always challenging. Workout routines are different every day. The trainers keep it fun and motivating. It’s a great use of 30 minutes in your day. I know I wo... uldn’t challenge myself this hard at the gym on my own. I feel as if every workout is a full body workout and i see the results in my endurance, better sleep, better nutrition habits, levels of energy and reduced stress. This has been a great decision. Everything. Effective and energetic full body workout in 30 minutes. Being a mom and having a family and a part time job doesn’t leave me a lot of time to spend in the gym. This is why 9Round works fo... r me. Is not only the convinience for me, but also the workouts which are awesome. In 30 minutes I do cardio and strength, and I work my full body, it is intense. I leave feeling energized and feeling really accomplished for having completed another work out. I have been a member for a year now and I really love it. I am at my goal weight, and I feel stronger. The one thing that I love the most is the trainers. I have a trainer with every single workout, trainers push me and motivate me throughout the workout out. They also help with my form and help me so I will not only stay safe (not hurt myself :) ) but also get the most out of the workout. I highly recommend 9Round. There is no time wasted standing aroun... d as you can start your workout immediately under the watchful eye of the personal trainers who ensure that you do the activities in the correct way. I love going here and feel great every time I come out. I would thoroughly recommend this gym to anyone looking to stay in shape! Only 30 minutes for my workout, no class times, so I’m never late or waiting. I love the trainers and between them and the workouts, I’m pushing my body in ways I would never do at a regular gym! It takes only 30 minutes. Being a stay at home mom leaves me with little or no time to go the the gym. It also makes it almost impossible for me to to be able to go to the gym at a specific time. My f... avorite part about 9Round is that there is no set schedule. If I am running late getting my kids off to school in the morning, I can relax knowing that I am not going to miss my workout. The workout itself is awesome. It is a total body workout in just 30 minutes. I always feel it the next day and that is how I know it is working.
