  • I only joined a few weeks ago but have been so impressed with how much I sweat and how great I feel after only 30 minutes! I feel like there is no reason I cannot find 30 minutes 3/4 times a week to work out! I have also been very pleased with the trainers - they have been so patient, kind, and fun to work out with!   • 9Round is exciting! I've been going diligently for a year and can attest to how much my body has changed. I've not just lost weight, which was my initial goal. My body can do things it never could before - real push ups! burpees! staying active without my heart rate getting crazy for over thirty minutes. As a result of the HIIT workout that 9Round gives me, I've gained confidence outside of the gym - I can go out and do things with my friends, knowing I won't sweat buckets or fall behind the group. I've lost 70 lbs and over 10% body fat so far. Now I'm working on speed and agility. I'm so close to my weight goals - but 9Round has given me more than just a weight goal to target. This is a lifestyle change!

  • 9Rounds is by far the best workout! It is fun, engaging, and perfectly fits into my busy week. The trainers are there to push you and make you feel confident in your workout without being overbearing. This full body workout has been a part of my exercise regimen for a couple of years because even though I moved from state to state I keep coming back. I love how powerful 9Rounds makes me feel and I definitely recommend it!

  • This is the best workout I've ever gotten. Not only do you leave feeling like you worked super hard, you also leave happy. Whereas in the past, getting to the gym was always the hardest part - I now look forward to going. 9 Round is so much fun! The trainers are fantastic and are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals. Even when the gym is busy, you get focused attention from the trainers. I cannot recommend 9 Round enough. It has gotten me consistent with my work outs, makes me feel extremely strong and empowered, and has me looking forward to my next workout. Also, 9 Round makes working out easy and convenient for any schedule. You don't have to sign up in advance, you don't have to make it there in time for the start of a class, and you don't have to cram in with a bunch of other people while trying to follow an instructor. Workouts are on your terms - when you want to go and as hard as you want to work. The convenience is one of the biggest reasons I will never go to any other gym! Also, the workout is 30 minutes! You do not stop moving the entire time, so you pack a ton of work into a short amount of time. It also makes it easy to squeeze in a workout without missing out on your other life commitments.
