  • Can't say enough great things about 9Round Canton. I've been a member for going on two months now and enjoy it more and more each time I go--it's a serious workout and is fun at the same time. I'd never done boxing before and had done very little kickboxing, not to mention that I hadn't been to any gym in way too long, but that doesn't matter here. Ken and Kiley are amazing; they motivate and encourage you the whole time you're there, and they make sure you're doing everything correctly. It's basically an awesome, idiot-proof workout that gets you in and out in 30 minutes, and half an hour of this workout makes me feel better and stronger than I did after much longer workouts elsewhere. Stopping in to check this place out was one of the best things I've done for myself!

  • I started working out at 9Round Canton about a month ago. Ken and Kiley are great! The work out is intense and they really push you. The best part is a new workout starts every 3 minutes, so I can easily fit it into my schedule. Best 30 minutes of my day!

  • I began working out at 9Round Canton on April 4. Three weeks after I suffered a severe anxiety attack that caused me to lose strength on my right side. I decided that medication was not a route I wanted to begin. My doctor suggested daily work outs. I've had a membership with a "regular" gym for almost a year now. I've been maybe 10 times throughout the year. When my neighbor suggested I go to 9Round with her I said "Of course I will give it a try". After my first work out, (Which was free) I had decided I was going to become a 9Round member. Since joining, I have attend 10 out of the 12 days I've been a member. I love it!!!! Having Ken and Kiley there to push me and teach me how to do each different move at each of the 9 stations is great. The two of them constantly motivate you, teach you, and check on you throughout the entire work out. Unlike a "regular" gym you have one on one attention. I love that each day presents me with a different challenge at each station. I also love that there is NO class time. I have already noticed improvement in my energy level, strength, work ethic, and appearance. Not to mention it works wonders for my stress and anxiety. Going to 9round for my work out is the highlight of my day. It has changed my life! It is all what you make it. Remember, Last round Burpee!

  • I joined 9 Round 4 weeks ago. It is the best decision I've ever made. For a long time I have been in and out of gyms, usually the cheap gym chains that get packed with crowds of people. I never felt like I was making progress and I quickly would lose motivation, on top of being frustrated by how crowded the gyms are. I drove past 9 round one day and the next day looked it up and decided to stop by after work for my first work out. I was instantly hooked. Came back 2 days later and got a 1 year membership. I've been going every week now, 3-4 times a week since I signed up. This is a record for me! I look forward to going every day. The combination of having dedicated trainers, no crowds, a new fun workout every day, and constant personal attention and help from the staff is something I have never experienced before. I have never belonged to a gym where I actually feel like a member, like I BELONG there. It is an awesome feeling I can't explain. The work outs are tough and intense; I've never sweat so much in my life! But after those 30 mins are done it feels awesome. I have NEVER regretted going! I look forward to continuing here and hopefully seeing some physically changes in my body soon. I already feel amazing and I am so glad I found 9 round!
