Alaina "Fierce" MielkeI started kickboxing training in my young teens and it quickly became my greatest passion. 5 years later I started coaching kickboxing at the dojo where I first learned. I love helping others find the same passion, discipline, and self-confidence that the martial arts has given me. I have trained in Kenpo Karate and achieved a purple belt - my future goal is to make it to black belt. I’m currently training in Muay Thai and cultivating my skills as a fighter.
Deon "THE REBEL" RandleDeon is a born athlete and a top veteran trainer. He was a 3 sport athlete in high school and college: football, basketball, and track. He dove more into boxing the last 2 years, bringing with him a combination for speed and power. Deon loves meeting new people and helping them meet their goals. He is known to push members past their limitations. This Rebel makes every workout your best workout.
Dana HarmonDana was one of the first members to join 9round Barrington when it opened and she instantly became hooked. She felt the workouts transformed her body and with her two kids in school full time, she was excited to start training others. Fitness and nutrition are a big part of Dana’s life and she loves to share it with others.
Racheal "Beastie" HeiteWorking out is something that has always been important to Rachael, but she never found her niche until she came across boxing. The very bare bones basics of boxing was introduced to her when she began to take Krav Maga and from there she fell in love with it. By working at 9Round she is able to pass on that passion to others by helping them achieve their goals.
Dorothy "Domination" DayDorothy is a jack of all trades. She had not been an athlete until 4 years ago when she made the decision to get fit through kickboxing at the age of 30 and stuck with it. Maximizing on her training, she quickly advanced, began sparring, and in less than 2 years began competing and winning. Currently, she is a globally recognized level 3 kickboxer with the WTBA. Her instruction is based on the concept that training needs to be fun, which is what she brings to each members’ workout. Due to her experience, she is able to get new members comfortable and advancing quickly, as well as push seasoned veterans as if they were in a fight camp. Since competing, Dorothy is continually developing mental toughness and teaches others how to push past their own limitations to achieve the life they keep procrastinating on.
Chandler "Workhorse" WisemanChandler "Workhorse" Wiseman (Head Trainer) Former D1 Wrestler and current MMA fighter, Chandler "Workhorse" Wiseman took his passion for competition and focused it on changing peoples lives in the gym. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Kickboxing world, Chandler is an exceptional technical boxing instructor as well as a motivational fitness junkie. They don't call him Workhorse for nothing :)
