How It Works
- You wear your 9ROUND PULSE™ belt during your workout.
- As you work out, the device tracks how hard you’re working and displays your effort rating, your heart rate and calories burned on a monitor inside the 9Round club.
- You can easily see if you’re in your optimal fat burning zone and adjust your effort up or down as needed.
- View your results and progress any time from the app or your online account. Your results are also emailed to you after each workout.

9Round Certified Trainers
Nancy MetzgerNancy is one of 9Round Billings new owners/operators. She has always loved being in shape and is an avid runner with her dog Koda. Nancy heard about 9Round when her son Corey decided to open one in Sioux Falls South Dakota. After recently retiring from the insurance business, Nancy decided to start a new endevor in the 9Round Fitness industry. She enjoys personal training and motivating members to reach their fitness goals! Her son Chris also trains at 9Round Billings--making it a family business :)
Megan ErsekMegan is the manager of our 9Round BIllings family! Megan is always super energetic and ready to workout our members and help them reach their fitness goals!
Sadie SampsonSadie Sampson has been a trainer at 9Round Boxing since October 2014. She came to work at this amazing gym after becoming a member herself. She has a little bit of a history with kickboxing as she attended a gym in Missoula for a year where she first found her passion for the sport! 9Round boxing was the best gym in town to continue this passion and she feels so blessed to have become part of the team! When she is not working at the gym she is attending school full time. She is currently a junior in the MSU Bozeman nursing program which is thankfully stationed here in town. As you can imagine, school occupies most of her time. When she is not studying or working she loves to go for runs, watch movies at the Shiloh theater, take her roommate’s dog for walks, and enjoy a good glass of wine! She hope to someday return to her hometown of Glendive and work as a registered nurse and potentially open up her very own kickboxing gym! Dream big and kick some a**. That’s her motto anyway! =)
Aaron BardierAaron Bardier has been a 9Round trainer since September of 2015 and an avid martial artist since 2001. He acquired his 2nd degree black belt in karate when he was 18, just prior to moving to Montana. Originally from Maine, Aaron moved to Montana to attend School at Rocky Mountain College where he is currently studying Aeronautical Science and training to become a pilot. Aaron is a 9Round trainer because he enjoys teaching and especially because he enjoys punching bag. Outside of 9Round and school, Aaron has a keen interest in rock climbing, swing dancing, and both skiing and snowboarding.
Randi the Rocker!Randi joined 9Roundas a member in Aug 2016. She just had her 4th baby and fell in love with everything about the 9Round workout...not to mention the amazing results she saw! She became a trainer and found that it is a huge passion of hers--motiving and watching others reach their fitness goals is so inspiring! She loves riding bike, running, and hot yoga in her spare time! Pop in for a free workoukt and Randi will have you dripping sweat!

5STARS! 9Round Billings is such an awesome gym, I was tired of going to the big box gyms and trying to figure out what to do by myself. I love having a trainer that I dont have to pay extra for! It is also soooooo nice, after recently having a baby that 9Round offers a circuit format workout with no specific class times. If i get off work early or a few minutes late, i can still get in and get an awesome 30 minute workout in at my convenience!
I love this gym. It keeps me coming back. I have never sweated so much in a workout as I do with this one. Everyone at the gym is great they make you wanting to each day
Worked out this morning (free!) with my friend that lives in Billings. Great workout with excellent support from staff (explained/demonstrated every station round to me with pointers). Very friendly and encouraging environment-if I lived in Billings, this would definitely be my go-to fitness center. Thank you for such a positive experience!
9 Round is awesome! I love the way there are no set class times, you just show up when they are open and hop in the rotation. The trainers are very knowledgeable and motivating. It's truly amazing how many exercises they come up with. Every day the work out is different. Don't let the word Kickbox intimidate you. It doesn't matter what kind of shape you are in, all of the exercises can be modified to your level of fitness. Trust me, no one is judging or competing, they are all focused on the station they are on. If you stop in and try it once you will be an addicted just like me.
Stopped by 11/2 for the Grand Opening in Billings. The owner approached me immediately and introduced himself. The staff was very nice and helpful. I was given a tour and offered a free workout. There was also a representative from Complete Nutrition on site. The online fitness and nutrition tracking is a great benefit. It's also FREE with your membership! I would highly recommend 9Round Billings.
9Round definitely keeps me on my toes. I never know what to expect when I walk through the doors. The high paced, fun environment makes me want to go back every time. The trainers keep you going, while keeping you safe at the same time. If you have goals that you want to meet, go down to 9Round and the trainers will work with you every step of the way!
