The programs consist of a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations developed by a professional fighter.

I just made it through week 1! I have been out of shape for years and have always hated even the thought of exercising. While it has not been easy, the trainers are phenomenal, recognize the pace I need to go and best of all I now look forward to going. I know the pain will go away in a few weeks as I have started using muscles that have been dormant for 20 years! I can't wait to post my review after my first month!!!
THE BEST WORKOUT EVER! They are so nice and motivating, I can barely jump rope but they just keep motivating you to push harder and do more. I loved this workout and will be coming back EVERY week! 38# to go and I am going to "kick" this fat right off me! Thanks everyone at 9Round!!
I stopped in while I was visiting Cincinnati for business to get in a work out. Ihave a fight coming up and it is hard to stay fit on the road. Extremely dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle and uses his passion for fitness to drive and motivate members! Background in personal training, TRX training, plyometric training, sports specific programs, nutrition, and supplements! "A well built physique is a status symbol. JD SpringmeierBeen involved with sports my whole life, football, baseball, basketball, soccer, tennis and racquetball. (Basketball was and still is my favorite team sport.) Started to learn american boxing after high school. While i was in college a friend took me to a gym to teach me kicks and i got hooked. Started training Crossfit while getting my degree in personal training from Beckfield college. Met a trainer there who knew Muay Thai, I liked it so much i did a Crossfit session then a a Muay Thai class. Then I was introduced to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Eventually I brought everything full circle and now I train MMA. I still have a love for Muay Thai, I went to Thailand for 30 days to learn Muay Thai where the sport stared. I love to watch the UFC, boxing and Muay Thai fights.
