9Round Blue Ash is an innovative kickboxing fitness class. We offer our members a 30-minute kickboxing workout routine with no class times to easily fit into anyone's hectic schedule. A new workout begins every 3 minutes. Each workout is "Full Body" and workouts change daily so there is no chance of boredom. When you walk into the gym you will be greeted by one of our certified 9Round trainers to give you the most effective and intense workout possible that is proven to give you the results you want fast. We also offer you 9Round Nutrition which gives you 6 levels of support; BMR, Nutrition Forum, Daily Customized Meal Matrix, Weekly Emails, Quarterly Webinars and an Online Seminar with Dr. Rick Kattouf. The 30 minute workout is designed with high intensity movements to incorporate every muscle in the body through a nine station circuit. How It Works
- You wear your 9ROUND PULSE™ belt during your workout.
- As you work out, the device tracks how hard you’re working and displays your effort rating, your heart rate and calories burned on a monitor inside the 9Round club.
- You can easily see if you’re in your optimal fat burning zone and adjust your effort up or down as needed.
- View your results and progress any time from the app or your online account. Your results are also emailed to you after each workout.

I just made it through week 1! I have been out of shape for years and have always hated even the thought of exercising. While it has not been easy, the trainers are phenomenal, recognize the pace I need to go and best of all I now look forward to going. I know the pain will go away in a few weeks as I have started using muscles that have been dormant for 20 years! I can't wait to post my review after my first month!!!
THE BEST WORKOUT EVER! They are so nice and motivating, I can barely jump rope but they just keep motivating you to push harder and do more. I loved this workout and will be coming back EVERY week! 38# to go and I am going to "kick" this fat right off me! Thanks everyone at 9Round!!
I stopped in while I was visiting Cincinnati for business to get in a work out. Ihave a fight coming up and it is hard to stay fit on the road. JD SpringmeierBeen involved with sports my whole life, football, baseball, basketball, soccer, tennis and racquetball. (Basketball was and still is my favorite team sport.) Started to learn american boxing after high school. While i was in college a friend took me to a gym to teach me kicks and i got hooked. Started training Crossfit while getting my degree in personal training from Beckfield college. Met a trainer there who knew Muay Thai, I liked it so much i did a Crossfit session then a a Muay Thai class. Then I was introduced to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Eventually I brought everything full circle and now I train MMA. I still have a love for Muay Thai, I went to Thailand for 30 days to learn Muay Thai where the sport stared. I love to watch the UFC, boxing and Muay Thai fights.
