Meet the Owners: Charlie and Kellie Colyer are extremely excited to bring this new concept to the Cincinnati area. They were looking for a new business venture and a way to help people and just fell in love with 9Round. It is a very unique gym that offers a chance to do a full-body workout in only 30 minutes with a personal trainer at no extra cost! They have raised two grown daughters in the Milford, Ohio area and felt it was time to give back. Their daughters will be in and out of the gym as they are just as excited and proud of their parents for taking on this exciting new chapter in their lives. They had a few locations in mind but chose Blue Ash because of the mixed residential, industrial and professional environment that it offered. "They kind of just fell in love with Blue Ash."

I just made it through week 1! I have been out of shape for years and have always hated even the thought of exercising. While it has not been easy, the trainers are phenomenal, recognize the pace I need to go and best of all I now look forward to going. I know the pain will go away in a few weeks as I have started using muscles that have been dormant for 20 years! I can't wait to post my review after my first month!!!
THE BEST WORKOUT EVER! They are so nice and motivating, I can barely jump rope but they just keep motivating you to push harder and do more. I loved this workout and will be coming back EVERY week! 38# to go and I am going to "kick" this fat right off me! Thanks everyone at 9Round!!
I stopped in while I was visiting Cincinnati for business to get in a work out. Ihave a fight coming up and it is hard to stay fit on the road. what are meps?
MYZONE Effort Points(MEPs) are a new metric for measuring physical activity. MEPs accumulate for every minute of activity that a user spends in the 5 effort(intensity) zones based on one's individual maximum heart rate. The more effort that is put in, the more MYZONE Effort points are earned.
Every user receives their own cloud based account where all activity is automatically uploaded acting as an online log book of all physical activity.
