Started training in taekwondo at a young age up until his late teenage years. With no longer training, he gained an excessive amount of weight which i...s when he learned about proper diet and exercise. Learning this allowed for Jeremy to lose 80 pounds. Upon graduating high school, Jeremy joined the Army as an infantryman and served honorably with multiple tours. After the military, he stayed in Texas and eventually went through the police academy and graduated with honors, which led him to the next stage of his life as a security contractor. After getting homesick, he moved back to Cincinnati and became a firearms instructor. Finding his passion with instructing through firearms, he decided to combine his passion with instructing and love for fitness and become a trainer at 9 round. Jeremy currently works as a 9 round instructor, training in Karate, and boxes as an amateur. More
