  • I liked that I can drop in at anytime and begin my workout. It's still in line with group fitness, as there are different stations already set up, so I don't have to come up with my own routine, yet I don't have to wait for a particular start time. Also, I like that the workout is complete in 30 minutes, yet it is difficult enough to get my heart rate up. If I want to workout longer, I can just go around again.

  • How fast it is to get in and out. That it’s different everyday. The trainers are friendly and helpful. I have never in my life found an exercise program I enjoy. I dread even the thought of exercising. But not here. It is so much fun, and can adapt to any fitness level and will still be challenging. I was at a good weight, but in horrible shape when I started. I feel myself getting stronger every week, but the workout never gets any easier, because the trainers know me and what I CAN do, not what my lazy bum wants to do. Love this place.

    Shannon Olson
    MANAGER - Shannon has over 10 years in Martial Arts experience and has a huge passion for health and fitness. She currently holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt and is training for her 4th Degree in Karate. She is a Semi-Pro Point Fighter and is always striving to learn from mistakes and get better. She achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management from University of Concordia, St. Paul MN in Summer 2019. She loves teaching our members new techniques and pushing them to their best fitness ability.

    I’m Alyssa Brueggen! I’m currently a junior at Osseo Senior High School. In my free time I love to workout and spend time with friends. I started kickboxing at 9 Round in September of 2017 and I love it! My favorite thing about 9 Round is meeting new people and doing what I love every day I’m here!

    Micah has been a passionate educator competitive fighting for about 5 years and has been training for twice as long. His background includes boxing, kickboxing (first degree black belt from WPKA), Kuk Sul ( Korean martial art), but he is most passionate about muay thai (thai boxing). He has multiple degree including a Master’s and is currently working on his NASM certification.

    Hi, Im Deontae Williams ("Tae" for short). I’m currently an amateur boxer at Circle of Discipline. So far I’m the Golden Gloves State and Regional Champion. I plan on going Professional within a year or 2 and have been boxing for 3 years now. In my free time when I’m not training I like to EAT! Food is life. Boxing is a passion of mine and I can't wait to share that passion with 9Round members!
