I’m Alyssa Brueggen! I’m currently a Senior at Osseo Senior High School. In my free time I love to workout and spend time with friends. Micah has been a passionate educator competitive fighting for about 5 years and has been training for twice as long. His background includes boxing, k...ickboxing (first degree black belt from WPKA), Kuk Sul ( Korean martial art), but he is most passionate about muay thai (thai boxing). He has multiple degree including a Master’s and is currently working on his NASM certification. More

I liked that I can drop in at anytime and begin my workout. It's still in line with group fitness, as there are different stations already set up, so I don't have to come up with my own routine, yet I... don't have to wait for a particular start time. How fast it is to get in and out. That it’s different everyday. The trainers are friendly and helpful. I have never in my life found an exercise program I enjoy. I dread even the thought of exerci... sing. But not here. It is so much fun, and can adapt to any fitness level and will still be challenging. I was at a good weight, but in horrible shape when I started. I feel myself getting stronger every week, but the workout never gets any easier, because the trainers know me and what I CAN do, not what my lazy bum wants to do. Love this place.
