9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want an unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations developed by a professional fighter.

9Round BP is my favorite place to workout. The trainers are awesome, the workouts are never the same, and I am always being challenged to continually improve.
I just started last week and I'm already seeing great results! The interval training is intense and I get an amazing workout in just 30 minutes. Travis has been awesome in helping me get started! I love this concept and can't wait to continue to hit my goals thanks to 9Round!
9Rounds has become my new obsession! The atmosphere is high energy, the workouts are empowering, tough, and thrilling to complete. Alphonse "Day Walker" WeahI've been training in mixed martial arts for about three years and have been a gym rat for twenty two. Seeing the smiles and results people achieve is what I love the most. I aspire one day own my own gym/fight team so being a trainer at 9Round has already gotten me closer to my dreams!
Sommer "Twinkle Toes " WaltersSummer started her her 9Round journey first as a member; now has been training since July of 2016. Sommer has been active her whole life. Starting competitive dane at the age of 3 and having just completed her B.A. of Dance in the spring of 2015 from The University of Minnesota: Twin Cities. She now currently performs through out the Twin Cities with companies including Artistry and Lyric Arts. Sommer is so excited to train and workout alongside such amazing and dedicated members, helping them achieve their goals!!!
Ellis "Don't Stress The Technique " SykeEllis is a 18 years old, he has been a Trainer for 1 year now. He always brings a ton of energy to the gym!! His motivation comes from his brother who has lost 90 pounds using 9Round! He plays competitive racquetball and interested in majoring in Aerospace Engineering. He looks forward to making all of the members sweat and have fun!
Tyana "T.N.T " KleisTyana has been a Trainer since Spring of 2016. She is 20 years old, and she has lived in Brooklyn Center her whole life. She says being a Trainer has helped her become a better person. So as she is helping you guys achieve your goals all of you are helping her grow! Her work ethic and mindset is all or nothing! So when you are working with Tyana be prepared to work! Fun fact she loves dogs and has a dog sitting business.
Shawna "Day n Night" YackelShawna is 19 years old and has been working with 9Round for 2 months now. She has played basketball her whole life and uses the drive and motivation she has learned to be a great ball player to our members! Pushing you to be the best you can be. She coaches hopkins boys traveling basketball as well. She loves working for 9Round because she loves how the members feel like family and loves helping people accomplish there goals! She cant wait to see you in the gym!
Alazae "Mighty Mouse " WashingtonZae is 20 years old and from Minneapolis, MN. She played Soccer for 14 years (Center Midfielder), She has worked for 9Round for the past 2 months. She is currently in the National Guard and passion is to work in The US. Military Aviation Program. She loves the personal relationships she has created working here and will keep you on your toes with every work out! She is small but a beast that never should be underestimated!! She loves her job and can't wait to help you out with your goals!
