Micah has been with 9Round for 2.5 years! He is trained in boxing, kickboxing (blackbelt), and muay thai around the world. He has a Masters Degree in... Education from Concordia Portland, OR. He loves combining the two fields as a personal fitness trainer, here at 9Round Brooklyn Park. More
Winston Bell is a former 9Round Manager/Trainer who just couldn't stay away. He's returned, bringing with him a solid foundation of hard work, dedicat...ion, and inspiration.
