love love love! variety, challenging and you can always find a way to take it up a notch if you need even more of a challenge! but a great workout in 30 min! you can't beat it! Love the staff! Saturday I feel they step it up- maybe because it's the end of the week? I dunno -I'm tired Thanks Alex and the other lovely young lady.
This is a great place for those of us who do not like the routine of going to the gym. I am in and out of there in 30 mins I can start anytime within the hours it is open and I get a personal trainer. I get bored easily, so this has given me one of the best workouts that I have had in a long time. Alex and Crystal are the best, they work you but in a positive vibe. Being an athlete and now mom of two I love the speed and the challenge. As a chiropractor this work out is not hard on the spine. The trainers are well versed on changing up the stations if there is an injury or if the person just isn't at the level. The best part is anyone can do this. Old/young, Fit or unfit you work against yourself and it is an all around all body workout that will leave you feeling accomplished and strong after each workout! Oh and I forgot to mention that the facility is super clean and the music is pretty good too

Awesome 30 minute workout!! There is a fun and challenging routine each day. Everyone is super friendly and trainers are extremely helpful and are very encouraging! It is a terrific workout for a busy mom! And in just a few weeks you can see a noticeable difference! I never thought I would be a kickboxer....but I am hooked! POW!!!

Love the workout! Everyday is different and challenging. I feel more energetic after the last round. All the madness of work is released in the kicking rounds. Definitely notice an improvement in my stamina week to week.

I have always been leery of joining a gym due to the fact that I won't go. However, I have never joined a gym where I have received the personal attention that I receive at 9 Round. These guys are great and the gym has a family feel where people encourage each other. And for me the best part of it is that it is only 30 minutes and you walk out feeling great. And the results of how your body changes if quick. Perfect for people with lifestyles on the go. Perfect for parents that have families and only have a short amount of time for themselves. Take the time it is only 30 minutes and well worth it!

I'm on week 3. My WHOLE body hurts. I've always liked kickboxing/turbo kick and strength training. This has it all in one with a trainer. YOU CAN'T BEAT IT. Best workout in years —hands down!!!!!

These workouts are TOUGH! They only take 30 minutes and the trainers never make you feel self-conscious about your fitness abilities! Love it!
I have always despised gym workouts; I find them tedious and the results were never that impressive for the time that they consumed. I tried out 9Round mainly to get together with my friend whom I hadn't seen for a while. I had no real intention of joining what I anticipated to be one more in a million different offerings of the same thing. All I can say is I LOVE IT and, most importantly, it only takes 25 min!!! I have been going once or twice per week for about 2 months and I have already started to notice that my body is reshaping itself. It is early to say, but I am pretty sure that I am in the early stages on a real 6 pack. Also, JR is and excellent trainer.
9Round is a great full body workout! Every day J.R. and Corey change up the rounds so there is always a different type workout. You will get to work with weights, kettlebells, heavy ropes, speed bags, jump ropes, and heavy bags. Nothing is better at relieving stress than punching and kicking on the bags. Plus you will get an incredible cardio workout here too. Not having scheduled class times is awesome so just come in for thirty minutes and get after it. 9Round will be the best workout you have ever done. Thanks J.R. and Corey!

what are meps?
MYZONE Effort Points(MEPs) are a new metric for measuring physical activity. MEPs accumulate for every minute of activity that a user spends in the 5 effort(intensity) zones based on one's individual maximum heart rate. The more effort that is put in, the more MYZONE Effort points are earned.
