The programs consist of a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations developed by a professional fighter.

I never used to look forward to getting my bootie kicked so much! This is an awesome workout and the 30 minutes is over before you realize it. It is also very satisfying to get to punch things.

This is a great place for those of us who do not like the routine of going to the gym. I am in and out of there in 30 mins I can start anytime within the hours it is open and I get a personal trainer. I get bored easily, so this has given me one of the best workouts that I have had in a long time. Alex and Crystal are the best, they work you but in a positive vibe. Being an athlete and now mom of two I love the speed and the challenge. As a chiropractor this work out is not hard on the spine. The trainers are well versed on changing up the stations if there is an injury or if the person just isn't at the level. The best part is anyone can do this. Old/young, Fit or unfit you work against yourself and it is an all around all body workout that will leave you feeling accomplished and strong after each workout! Oh and I forgot to mention that the facility is super clean and the music is pretty good too

Awesome 30 minute workout!! There is a fun and challenging routine each day. Everyone is super friendly and trainers are extremely helpful and are very encouraging! It is a terrific workout for a busy mom! And in just a few weeks you can see a noticeable difference! I never thought I would be a kickboxer....but I am hooked! POW!!!

I have been extremely active ever since I was young but, after 5 knee surgeries my soccer career came to an end. It wasn't until my senior year in college when I realized how much I enjoy motivating & training others to improve their health & overall fitness. I love being able to encourage & help people change their lives & meet their fitness goals.

As someone who enjoys helping others to improve their lives, I plan to major in psychology at the University of Texas A&M and later apply for Pre-Med.
