    I spent 4 years in the Navy and after that I was hooked on fitness, but it wasn't until I had kids that I realized the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. I truly believe that happiness starts with your health. When you exercise you tend to eat better, when you eat better you look better, when you look better you feel better and it's just one big cycle. I love helping and motivating others to reach their goals with 9Round.

    I graduated Stephen F Austin State University in 2015 where I played Division 1 level soccer. I have been extremely active ever since I was young but, after 5 knee surgeries my soccer career came to an end. It wasn't until my senior year in college when I realized how much I enjoy motivating & training others to improve their health & overall fitness. I love being able to encourage & help people change their lives & meet their fitness goals.

    Kathlyne "Tiny Cobra" Pham
    I recently moved to Texas from Los Angeles, California where I was a personal fitness trainer and dance instructor. In LA, I performed in numerous fitness and dance videos, and even had the opportunity to work with Bob Harper (NBC's The Biggest Loser) on an abs DVD. My fitness philosophy is balance. I strive to maximize as many elements of strength, flexibility, speed, coordination, and relaxation as possible. I love helping people connect with their bodies, and I truly believe that being strong and balanced is a wonderful way to exist

    Michael "Immortal Mexican" Vasquez
    I am a recently Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. My journey into fitness started my sophomore year in college at Texas State University when I decided I would compete in Kickboxing. In that process, I lost 30 pounds through unconventional training tools (kettlebells, sandbags, steel maces, battle ropes) and kickboxing. In 2014, I placed 2nd in the IKF World Classic Tournament and came back to win 1st in the 2015 World Classic Tournament. My goal is to help any and everyone reach total human optimization through fitness and martial arts.

One of my greatest passions is helping people and seeing them happy, which is why I am now going back to school to become an RN. As a former athlete, fitness and wellness has always been a big part of my life, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge and pushing people towards a healthier lifestyle.

    Along with six years in karate and earning my black belt, I also spent four years cheerleading and competing in track for Cedar Park High School. As someone who enjoys helping others to improve their lives, I plan to major in psychology at the University of Texas A&M and later apply for Pre-Med. At 9Round, I strive to help our members reach their goals by bringing together fun and fitness on a daily basis!

    I hail from the Great Frozen North (Minnesota) where I was a member of 9Round for over a year, and saw great results. I've found a passion for fitness a little later in life and have had my own struggles with sedentary lifestyle, weight loss and gain, and injury, and want to share what I've learned.   • I never used to look forward to getting my bootie kicked so much! This is an awesome workout and the 30 minutes is over before you realize it. It is also very satisfying to get to punch things.

  • love love love! variety, challenging and you can always find a way to take it up a notch if you need even more of a challenge! but a great workout in 30 min! you can't beat it! Love the staff! Saturday I feel they step it up- maybe because it's the end of the week? I dunno -I'm tired Thanks Alex and the other lovely young lady.

  • This is a great place for those of us who do not like the routine of going to the gym. I am in and out of there in 30 mins I can start anytime within the hours it is open and I get a personal trainer. I get bored easily, so this has given me one of the best workouts that I have had in a long time. Alex and Crystal are the best, they work you but in a positive vibe. Being an athlete and now mom of two I love the speed and the challenge. As a chiropractor this work out is not hard on the spine. The trainers are well versed on changing up the stations if there is an injury or if the person just isn't at the level. The best part is anyone can do this. Old/young, Fit or unfit you work against yourself and it is an all around all body workout that will leave you feeling accomplished and strong after each workout! Oh and I forgot to mention that the facility is super clean and the music is pretty good too

  • Awesome 30 minute workout!! There is a fun and challenging routine each day. Everyone is super friendly and trainers are extremely helpful and are very encouraging! It is a terrific workout for a busy mom! And in just a few weeks you can see a noticeable difference! I never thought I would be a kickboxer....but I am hooked! POW!!!
