About the team
Having been considered a “blue chip” athlete my whole life, I began to regress as I got older and started a career in adulting. However, it was a visi...t to 9 Round three summers ago that changed my life. I got a glimpse at the athletic prowess I had been missing and it overwhelmed me with glee and fulfillment. This past summer I decided to become a fitness angel and join the 9 Round team that changes lives and helps people become Champions of Life! More

QUICK work out that covers your entire body. GREAT trainers who encourage you and try to call you by name. FUN atmosphere where I am not competing with anyone but myself and those on the weekly challe... nge white board! WILLING trainers who'll show you the "round" 3 times so you "get it" and do it right. No sloppy workouts. And they work with your injuries to modify each round, if needed. RESULTS! All you have to do is show up. :) (they'll give plenty of accountability for that too! Jared, Matt, and Stoli were fantastic trainers. I love that each workout there is one "trainer led" bag - they give you a GREAT workout and it is good therapy! They have a warm, welcoming environment,... the other members are fun and open to new faces, and the club is well lit and maintained.
