  • I love that I can stop in whenever I am free- and don't have to struggle to meet a class starting time. I also love that the workout can be tailored to each persons ability or energy level on any given day. The trainers we especially wonderful about making minor changes to the workouts when I was pregnant so I could continue to workout.

    Nick Desper
    Nick played football and lacrosse in high school and in college at Catawba College and Syracuse University. He also played professional lacrosse. He has always had a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals. He enjoys being able to use his athletic background to motivate others to push themselves while having fun!

    Michael Porfilio- Born and raised in Charlotte, NC as an athlete and competitor, Michael is no stranger to fitness and the hard work and dedication it takes to stay in peak physical condition. This was ever so relevant during his 7 years in the United States Marine Corps and during his tenure as the head coach of two local middle school wrestling clubs. His passion for fitness and achieving goals is shared with those he interacts with. With a "never give up" attitude, Michael, will never allow you to give up on that which you are striving for no matter how big or small of a goal it may be.
