This means there are no class times so you can work out on your schedule! The workouts change daily so we keep it fun and fast paced. Nick DesperNick played football and lacrosse in high school and in college at Catawba College and Syracuse University. He also played professional lacrosse. He has always had a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals. He enjoys being able to use his athletic background to motivate others to push themselves while having fun!
Michael PorfilioMichael Porfilio- Born and raised in Charlotte, NC as an athlete and competitor, Michael is no stranger to fitness and the hard work and dedication it takes to stay in peak physical condition. This was ever so relevant during his 7 years in the United States Marine Corps and during his tenure as the head coach of two local middle school wrestling clubs. His passion for fitness and achieving goals is shared with those he interacts with. With a "never give up" attitude, Michael, will never allow you to give up on that which you are striving for no matter how big or small of a goal it may be. Chris ""The Beast"" BowlingChris found a love of fitness during his career in the United States Marine Corps, which instilled in him the drive and discipline needed to lead a healthy lifestyle. During his military career Chris served as a Physical Conditioning Coordinator, helping his fellow Marines stay fit while reducing the risk of injury. It was during this time that Chris truly found his calling in helping others to reach their health and fitness goals. After 20 years of active service, Chris retired in 2012 and decided to pursue a full-time career in fitness. Earning his BS in Sports and Health Sciences in 2012, Chris is now pursuing graduate studies in Sports Science. In addition to his education Chris is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has 7 years of experience as a trainer and strength coach.
