How It Works
- You wear your 9ROUND PULSE™ belt during your workout.
- As you work out, the device tracks how hard you’re working and displays your effort rating, your heart rate and calories burned on a monitor inside the 9Round club.
- You can easily see if you’re in your optimal fat burning zone and adjust your effort up or down as needed.
- View your results and progress any time from the app or your online account. Your results are also emailed to you after each workout.

Wendy Melson & Maria RogersMaria Rogers and Wendy Melson, owners and operators of your 9Round Kick Boxing Gym. Wendy and Maria have been working out together, doing Mud Runs and 1/2 marathons together for several years and now they are ready to challenge you to reach your fitness goals 9Rounds at a time!
Leah LeventhalLeah played collegiate volleyball for UNCC for the last 4 years. She is currently in grad school at USC, majoring in social work, serves as a coach at CUCV and still manages to workout AND work at 9Round-University. She brings a great work ethic and enthusiasm to the gym. If you want a good push from a great trainer....she's the one!
Sarah "Texas Tornado" HorrellSarah loves all kinds of sports from dance to football and has an undying love for kickboxing & UFC. She is super passionate about kickboxing....if you want proof, just watch the intensity on her face as she demos your round or your active break :) She can empathize with anyone who struggles with weight. At one time, she weighed 235 lbs. and through working out lost a total of 85 lbs. That's right, she went from a size 22 to a size 7. She wants to encourage, motivate and lead others to believing that they can do it too! Her favorite round is 4 when she velcros her boxing gloves!

This is by far the most intense workout experience I've ever had. I love the friendly and enthusiatic staff and the face pace of the workout.
9Round is awsome! You get a full body workout, amazing training, with lots of personalized attention from wonderful staff while having a blast! And Its all done in 30 min! You couldn't ask for more! If you want to transform your body, this is the place to be!
In my opinion, this is the best 30 minute workout in town. You have at least one trainer keeping you going through the whole workout so you don't get to "float" through....you owe it to yourself to give it a try. It's is better than Lay's chips...no one can stop with just one...you'll be hooked! I came in after not working out in a year...made it through the first workout and haven't stopped since...the trainers help you through at pace that is challenging but definitely doable...what are you waiting for?
This workout is AMAZING! For only 30 minutes time - it kicks my BUTT!!! I am sore for a couple of days after, however, that just means that it is working. You get out of it what you put into it and let me tell ya'...this is set up to help me succeed in my fitness goals. Wendy and Maria ROCK! Come join us~
