Alyssa has been at 9Round for three years as a member and is new to training but this girl knows how to push the advanced and how to work along side t...he beginner to reach their goals!. Her time as a student athletic trainer at school for the girls soccer team has developed her skills as a trainer as well. She serves at her church with the special needs kids and has plans to become a physical therapist for either special needs children or veterans. She loves 9Round and credits 9Round for finding her passion for fitness and helping others. Oh...and BTW this girl does 9Round with a weighted vest on...she is known as The Beast!! More

I like the fact that I am getting a complete workout in 30 min. I don't have to show up for a specific class time, so it is very convenient for my schedule.
