Welcome to 9Round Chesapeake-Greenbrier ! Our circuit training model features no class times, a workout that changes daily, and a new round beginning every 3 minutes, so there is never a class time! Each workout is "full body" so you're in and out in just 30 minutes and can burn up to 500 calories. Plus there's a 9Round fitness trainer with you every step of the way. FIRST WORKOUT IS ALWAYS FREE!

- View your results and progress any time from the app or your online account. Your results are also emailed to you after each workout.

I started 9 Round for something different then just going to the gym. In the first 7 weeks I was able to lose 21 pounds and many inches. Going to 9 Round is always fun because the workout is different each time and I am always challenged. I look forward to each workout and can't wait to go back. My wife and I joined 9Round the day they opened the doors. We are amazed at what we have accomplished and how far we have come. Jeff, Jenna and their crew have put us through their paces and we have made tremendous gains in both strength and cardio. They are very motivating and only ask that you at least try...odds are you'll surprise yourself if you do! If you think you aren't working hard enough, then you aren't. I have been going to 9Round for approximately a month and I can tell the difference in my strengh and endurance. Jeff the Titan and Jenna are both exceptional people and great trainers. Jeff will push you to new limits and Jenna is great with showing you technique while she cheers everyone on. I have been going to 9Round for almost 2 weeks & can tell a huge difference in my cardio & strength. I look forward to getting up each morning & working out with my awesome trainer, Jeff.
