We offer a full body workout with faster results in just 30 minutes.  Our 9 station circuit format will ensure you will never get bored and the workout will be over before you know it.  You don't have to worry about missing a class time at 9round, we have a new workout starting every 3 minutes!  There is a trainer included in every workout so you will have guidance and motivation every step of the way!   Our club will feature MYZONE® to track your intensity and calorie burn.  MYZONE® provides real-time feedback on your workout intensity and wirelessly uploads exercise data that has been stored, making the technology simple and convenient to use.  Come in and check it out, the first round is ALWAYS on us!

    Corry "Desert Storm" M.
    Corry "Desert Storm" has been involved in fitness his entire life. Throughout high school he played football, basketball and track. He served 10 years in the United States Navy serving in both Desert Storm and Desert Shield. During his military career he trained with Special Operations out of Little Creek Amphibious Base Virginia Beach, VA. Since his military training, Corry has been an avid weight lifter. He ventured into Muay Thai (kickboxing) to increase his agility and cardiovascular workouts. He loved the full body workout, which ultimately brought him to love the 9Round concept and open his own!
