Welcome to 9Round downtown Colorado Springs (1001 S. Tejon). We have a 2 other locations at 4730 Centennial Blvd and 5490 Powers Center Point: 3 locations for the price of one! We offer a fitness routine based on boxing and kickboxing techniques.No class times and always trainer led! Any age and fitness level is welcome as our trainers are with you throughout your workout, and they can customize your routine to fit your needs and your own personal goals. I joined 9Round about 8 months ago and it's been the best 8 months of my life. I was struggling with boring workouts, as well as a lot of stress and anxiety. 9Round not only gave me the push I needed through fun and energetic workouts, but it also provided me a release. I look forward to going to 9Round because it helps me reset, get re-enegized, and I can leave it all on the bag. I'm so grateful for this place, especially the amazing trainers and motivational atmosphere. :)

I love 9Round! It's a great workout and I love being able to be in and out in 30 minutes. The trainers are awesome, and are always there to push you when you need it. Their new MyZone heart rate system is a great tool and ensures that I am getting the most out of my workouts. Being on the cusp of 67 years old & feeling old all over, I accepted an invitation from a friend to try a free workout at 9Round. After that first time I joined immediately because I loved the feeling of family closeness in the gym, the rocking music, and the magical experience of getting a truly "full" workout that made me sleep like a rock and feel good about me. Through my insurance I had a paid up membership to another gym, but I never went because I wasn't motivated to push myself through a real workout. No problem with that at 9Round! My thanks to my friend who got me hooked up - for tons more energy & quality of life, for pants that are too loose around the waist & for shirts getting too snug in the chest, shoulders & sleeves. Life is Good!
I did my first workout at 9Round in August 2014, and signed up immediately after...still suffering the pain of injuries from a car accident in August 2013, recently diagnosed moderate arthritis, and a degenerative auto immune disease of my lower back and legs. I have a choice...stay very active and keep my weight down, or end up in a wheelchair! I work out regularly at the gym, hike the Incline, bike the trails and walk 5 miles a day. My biggest problem with the gym I was attending is that I would spend 2+ hours there 3 times a week, and really not get much done because I really need direction! 9Round is the answer !! It's high energy, fast paced, incredibly fun, changes every day, and best of all, the trainer tells me exactly what to do, adapts my workout where necessary, encourages me all the way through, and I'm in and out in 30 minutes!!. I was afraid that the intensity of the workouts and the impact would hurt my joints, but instead they have have strengthened muscles I didn't even know I had and decreased my pain level by about 80% which is HUGE!! I love a physical challenge, so I'm going to work up to doing 18 rounds at least once a week!!

This place is awesome! It totally kicked my butt in a way that 2 hours at 24hour Fitness never did. I worked it hard on Saturday and I've never been so good sore in my life:). Fantastic!!!
Outstanding workout, never gets boring and GREAT stress relief to hit the bags! The fact that it only takes 30 minutes and there are no scheduled class times is a great bonus!
This is a great price to start your workout at a great place. The trainers are great! They won't make you do anything you can not do. They are by your side the whole time. I am 64 and I joined for a year. If I can do this you can also. See you soon!
I always get a great workout with 9Rounds, the trainers are wonderful and motivate you to push yourself. I love the fact if I want to challenge myself more I have the option to mix it up. A side from a great workout, it is nice not to have to sign up or wait for a specific time for a class to start; I can go whenever I want and as many times as I want. 9Rounds is AWESOME!!!!!
I can't say enough about what a great workout program this is. Having a back ground in Karate, Boxing and Kung fu and having done at home workout programs like P90X, Insanity, and Les Mills Combat, I was not expecting to be challenged too much by this workout. Boy, was I wrong. It gives me the intense cardio workout I need every single time. The fact that the exercises switch up every day make it impossible for my body to plateau on the workout. There's also nothing like hitting the bags....punching in the air is great but you get so much more in terms of cardio and resistance when your fist is actually making contact w/ something hard. In just a week or two, my arms are already getting more definition. Other great things about this workout is that it's only 30 minutes, so no reason not to hit it on lunch or after work, before heading home. And even better yet, it's tons of fun. Whether you have martial arts experience or not, it's just feels so great to be able to take out a little aggression on the bags!

what are meps?
MYZONE Effort Points(MEPs) are a new metric for measuring physical activity. MEPs accumulate for every minute of activity that a user spends in the 5 effort(intensity) zones based on one's individual maximum heart rate. The more effort that is put in, the more MYZONE Effort points are earned.
Every user receives their own cloud based account where all activity is automatically uploaded acting as an online log book of all physical activity.
