I started 9round Aug 2016. That first day I walked in the door I was honestly a bit nervous but the trainer must have seen me coming because she greeted me with a friendly bright smile and then immediately put me at ease explaining the 9round system. I had my first workout and at the end I couldn't believe I had made it through I felt exhausted but good. So I came back, and I continued to come back for 7 months now and the difference in the way that I feel is like night and day. I have more energy, I look better and feel better. There have been times where I have felt discouraged and wanted to quit even but the friends I have made and the encouragement I've gotten from trainers (now my friends) has really helped to inspire me. This is one of the best things I have ever done for myself. If you're at all hesitant don't be. There's nothing bad I can say about it. Just do it!
I was already in pretty good shape when I joined 9Round last year but since then the trainers have helped transform me into a “workout god.” Seriously, I’m in the best shape of my life and I’ve never felt better or had more fun while working out.
9Round is awesome! I love the fact that I can squeeze in a workout at lunch or anytime during my day. As a working mom, this is a must and the no class times/30 minute workout format means I can be healthy and still make the most of my day! Workouts are fast-paced and constantly changing so there's no time to get bored or think about how hard you are working and before you know it, you're done, sweating and ready to kick butt the rest of your day! I am not a super fit person and I love how 9Round isn't intimidating and can be modified to adapt and challenge me at my level. You have to try it!
I have been going to 9Round for just about two years now. I love it! Each day the workouts are different and I never get bored. I work full time and have two little kids, so finding time to workout is not always easy. However, 9Round makes it easy, as the workouts are only 30 minutes long. The trainers are friendly and work hard to get the most out of each individual. I go about five times a week and am in the best shape of my life.
I joined 9Round about 8 months ago and it's been the best 8 months of my life. I was struggling with boring workouts, as well as a lot of stress and anxiety. 9Round not only gave me the push I needed through fun and energetic workouts, but it also provided me a release. I look forward to going to 9Round because it helps me reset, get re-enegized, and I can leave it all on the bag. I'm so grateful for this place, especially the amazing trainers and motivational atmosphere. :)

Be "Queen Be" MyersHey everyone! I'm Be (aka Queen Be) the Manager of 9round Tejon. I found 9r in Jan 2014 and it changed my life! I was overweight, and depressed so the thought of hitting bags was appealing to me. I was a high school & college athlete, but hadn't done much since. I joined, and within 9 months of being a member I had lost 60 lbs! It was a wake up call and showed me first hand how this gym can help people change. As I continued to lose weight I gained motivation and confidence so when I was approached about helping other people change and reach their goals I felt blessed to have the opportunity! I will do my best to help anyone who walks through our door achieve their goals in a place where judgment is replaced by encouragement and everyone feels welcome.
Kaye "Kick Box Doc" BaronDr. Kaye Baron has been a fitness enthusiast for years. She has enjoyed athletic endeavors, which include marathon-running, cross-country biking, hiking the Manitou Incline and Pikes Peak, and most recently, Crossfit. For 15 years, Kaye has served and will continue to serve the local Colorado Springs community as a clinical psychologist. This combination of experiences inspired the opening of 9Round – Colorado Springs. Kaye passionately believes in fitness and nutrition as the best avenue for physical and mental strength and overall wellbeing. She will do what it takes to help you achieve your goals, no matter what your age or your current fitness level.
