How It Works
- You wear your 9ROUND PULSE™ belt during your workout.
- As you work out, the device tracks how hard you’re working and displays your effort rating, your heart rate and calories burned on a monitor inside the 9Round club.
- You can easily see if you’re in your optimal fat burning zone and adjust your effort up or down as needed.
- View your results and progress any time from the app or your online account. Your results are also emailed to you after each workout.

Danielle "Silent Assassin" RobertsonHi, my name is Danielle and I am the Manager! I am a wife and mom of 3. I started my weight lost journey by entering my very first bodybuilding show where I placed 4th. After having my kids, I struggled getting my weight down. With consistent healthier eating and working out, I was able to take my waist from 41 inches down to 27 inches. My next goal is to compete in a Figure competition. To help with conditioning, I do 3 9round sessions per week on top of my daily lifting routine. By participating in 9round sessions, it also gives me a better perspective for my clients that I train. It helps me to give them the motivation they need to push harder to complete their own workouts. Once you train with me once, you can see the affection I have for working and everything fitness. ELIZABETH "THE TERMINATOR" JOHNSONMy name is Liz i am the GM for Hard Scrabble/Lexington, i have come along way in my own fitness journey. It has taken me approximately 7 years to go from a size 24 to a size 2. I accomplished my goals through hard work of clean eating and working out 4-6 days a week. Taking it 1 pound at a time until i ultimately reached my goal. I currently due 9 round workout 3-5 days a week along with strength training. Which has helped me keep the weight off and tone up emmensely. If you truly want a program that works. You need to come to 9 round and let our trainers help you get the body you have always wanted. It wont be easy but it is very doable. I will be there every step of the way with you encouraging you and helping you achieve greatness!!!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE! It is allowing me to gain strength physically and emotionally. The trainers are caring people and will help push you pass your limits until you don't have any more limits!
Love this gym. The trainers get to know you and push you to do your best, especially when you feel like giving up. The workouts change every day so I am exhausted after every single workout.
My first week complete and I'm hooked. Everyday has been challenging and fun. The trainers are great. I leave drenched in sweat, and every muscle is sore the next day. Very motivational.
