After finishing my first trial at 9Round Cornelius in January this year, I was left with no doubt that the 30-minute boxing workout is tough and designed brilliantly. The combination of cardio, heavy ... bag boxing, kickboxing, conditioning and core drills et to a three-minute timer helps keep me moving while challenging your body in just 30 minutes. On top of that, there no waiting for a class to start. With my work and life schedule, I can show up whenever I can and dive straight into the day’s pre-planned workout developed by the coach-du-jour. Workouts are tough but achievable. I can slow down or speed up my pace or incorporating modifications of my own to make it more fun.
