About the team
Kelly started out in 2011 as a 9Round member. She purchased 9Round Dacula in February of 2020 and has been loving every second of it. Kelly is a giant... geek and regularly attends conventions wearing costumes that she created. More

Every time I go to the gym a new workout regime is put into place. When I arrive I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do I just begin at a round. Lawrence, the trainer at the Dacula location,... is extremely friendly and encouraging. When I don’t know how to do something he explains. So many to choose from, but I would have to say my favorite thing about 9Round is I can go anytime during the day. But I also love that the rounds change every day, I don't feel self-conscious, becau... se everyone is doing their own thing and not looking at me, I can get help if I need to, and I can modify if I need to. I am addicted and wish I could go everyday, and I like that I could go everyday and not worry about overworking the same muscles, because the exercises change each day with each round. It is close to my house, has a much more "personal experience" feel than a large gym, and doesn't take a lot of time out of my day to get a great workout. The trainer, Lawrence, has a way of making all members feeling very comfortable. He meets you at your fitness level and helps you progress.
