What is 9Round?

9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want an unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of nine challenging workout stations developed by a World Champion Kickboxer.

What if you can do a fast and high intensity fat burning workout in just 30 min with no class time with a personal trainer without the high price while looking like a 'bad-ass'?  Welcome to 9Round 30 min Kickboxing.  Your results are guaranteed within the shortest amount of time and our approach is long lasting and very realistic.  This is the traditional fighters workout combined with cloud based MYZONE workout monitoring system and free nutritional support.  We offer a very inviting and intimate atmosphere for you to burn calories like never before.  There is nothing like this in Eagan, try us for FREE!!!  

Strength: Stations 1-2

You'll use dumb bells, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes and other equipment to build strength and stamina. Our trainers help you at every station.

Kickbox Fitness: Stations 3-8

The real fun begins as you punch and kick heavy bags to build power, double end bags to increase coordination and timing, and speed bags to develop shoulder conditioning and speed.

Abs & Core: Station 9

You’ll tighten and strengthen all the muscles in one of the most common trouble spots, your core, which improves your ability to perform any movement you do for work, exercise, or leisure.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Show up at your convenience; there are no class times

How It Works

  • You wear your 9ROUND PULSE belt during your workout.
  • As you work out, the device tracks how hard you’re working and displays your effort rating, your heart rate and calories burned on a monitor inside the 9Round club.
  • You can easily see if you’re in your optimal fat burning zone and adjust your effort up or down as needed.
  • View your results and progress any time from the app or your online account. Your results are also emailed to you after each workout.

9Round Certified Trainers

    Zacarias "Zaco" Lingstuyl
    Zack started boxing when he was very young however he had to stop it since his mom did not approve it. Then when he turned 17, he started boxing at Todos Campeones Boxing Club in Caracas, Venezuela. During this time, he won two tournaments in the under 20 years old lightweight category. When he was 27, he began practicing kickboxing and was able to win several competitions in Spain. Currently he continues to develop his martial arts expertise at Woodbury National Karate while practicing and winning several tournaments in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Not only Zack is passionate about boxing and martial arts, he also has a soft side since he loves drawing, painting, sculpting, as well as cooking.

    Brian is from Burnsville, a recent graduate of UMD, and spent his last 5 months in Chile. He brings ton of personal fitness expertise and passion for personal fitness.   • LOVE LOVE LOVE 9Round!!!! I've been on a "weight loss/get healthy" journey for the last 4 years! I've tried corporate gyms, the YMCA, working out on my own, nothing was working. A friend told me about 9Round and it's so close to home it just made sense, I went in and tried it and was hooked! All the trainers are awesome, very motivating! I also enjoy that I can just show up whenever and just join right in, no classes to sign up for! Great way to get in shape and take out any stress or frustrations at the same time!

  • Where to start? I am a runner and decided I needed something more than treadmill training for the winter. A friend told me to try 9 Rounds. What an experience! I can run 10K’s no problem, but my first 30 min workout left me gasping for air. Prab, Noah, Zach, and the other trainers push you to get the most of your 30 mins. Always there to motivate you when needed. The best part, no classes to sign up for and always a trainer! Just show up, jump in and start your 30 mins. Everyday something different, so you will not get bored. You will be amazed (and so will your friends) with your transformation. Highly recommend giving it a try, you will be hooked!

  • Rudy started in June 2016, enjoyed going nearly everyday, lost some weigh, but truly noticed the difference in upper body muscle and tone. He feels healthier and loves the 30 minute workouts when he arrives. He talked about this great facility to Mary. Mary attended the free session in October and joined as well. She delights in the varied routines and new techniques demonstrated by each trainer. The friendly atmosphere and personal attention makes each workout that much more enjoyable.
