Strength: Stations 1-2

You'll use dumb bells, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes and other equipment to build strength and stamina. Our trainers help you at every station.

Kickbox Fitness: Stations 3-8

The real fun begins as you punch and kick heavy bags to build power, double end bags to increase coordination and timing, and speed bags to develop shoulder conditioning and speed.

Abs & Core: Station 9

I can run 10K’s no problem, but my first 30 min workout left me gasping for air. Prab, Noah, Zach, and the other trainers push you to get the most of your 30 mins. Always there to motivate you when needed. The best part, no classes to sign up for and always a trainer! Just show up, jump in and start your 30 mins. Everyday something different, so you will not get bored. You will be amazed (and so will your friends) with your transformation. Highly recommend giving it a try, you will be hooked!

    Zacarias "Zaco" Lingstuyl
    Zack started boxing when he was very young however he had to stop it since his mom did not approve it. Then when he turned 17, he started boxing at Todos Campeones Boxing Club in Caracas, Venezuela. During this time, he won two tournaments in the under 20 years old lightweight category. When he was 27, he began practicing kickboxing and was able to win several competitions in Spain. Currently he continues to develop his martial arts expertise at Woodbury National Karate while practicing and winning several tournaments in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Not only Zack is passionate about boxing and martial arts, he also has a soft side since he loves drawing, painting, sculpting, as well as cooking.
