It has been one year!
What a success 9Rounders have just under an year!
When we opened up 9Round Eagan about an year ago, we had no direct experience on how a fitness like this would work on our 9Rounders. Quickly we learned. We are very confident on the 8 week change (provided you workout 3-4 times per week). We are very confident about body transformation. We do have a couple who lost close to 50 lb alrady looking thinner and fitter than ever. We have another client who lost 19 inches from the waist. There are few clients who are in real good shape after few months of hard work. There are stories after stories to write. We have been adding members since last November. We have not lost a single member to another fitness program yet. People are saving lot of money they unnecessarily paid for their fitness before.
Here are few things we learned for you to be successful in a short time:
1) Commitment, commitment, commitment! Make it fast and stick to it.
2) Workout frequency and intensity. 3-5 times a week and increasing intensity every time.
3) Sensible eating. Improve your eating habits with the help of 9Round nutrition once you comfortable with your workout routine.
4) Think long term. Think 12 months to 24 months.
