Samantha "Sam-urai" Pendrys9Round's kickboxing fitness is the ultimate full body workout! It ties beautifully to my taekwondo background and my current advanced belt level. Nutrition and fitness is my passion, and will be part of my career goals as I move forward in life. I am enjoying working with members and helping them achieve their personal best. If you focus on results, you never change. If you focus on change, you will get results. And remember, 80% of success is showing up!
Zach "Zachy-Chan" WhittingtonZach is a Nutrition major and Clemson University. Zach has a lifetime love of working out and staying fit.
