I love the one on one coaching in a group setting. The trainers are awesome and are great at working with people of every level, including someone like me who couldn't do a push-up and didn't know whi... ch hand to jab with. I've been going for just about a month and I have been doing better every time I go. I can finally make it through round 1 without stopping. But I think my favorite part is the no class time aspect. I can squeeze in whenever it works with my schedule which varies constantly and I feel like even with working more than full time, going to school, and parenting my toddler solo I can finally do something just for myself. 9 Round doesn't have a traditional "gym" feel and I love that! It's not intimidating, instead it is empowering. I wouldn't have the first idea how to work out on my own so the trainer being there ev... ery step of the way is critical to me, and that allows me freedom to really work out and not feel awkward. Prior to joining 9 Round my whole life goal in working out was to never work out! :) By the encouragement of a friend to go with her just to check it out, now I feel practically addicted!
