Welcome to 9round Fargo! We offer a full body workout in just 30 minutes. We help you get the results you want and get you on your way! Our 9 station circuit format, and different  daily workouts will ensure you will never get bored!  The best part is that at 9Round a trainer is always included in every workout so you will always have motivation and guidance every step of the way! Stop in today, the first round is ALWAYS on us! We are conveniently located on 32nd Ave and 25th St in the South Creek Center.     

Strength: Stations 1-2

You'll use dumb bells, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes and other equipment to build strength and stamina. Our trainers help you at every station.

Kickbox Fitness: Stations 3-8

The real fun begins as you punch and kick heavy bags to build power, double end bags to increase coordination and timing, and speed bags to develop shoulder conditioning and speed.

Abs & Core: Station 9

You’ll tighten and strengthen all the muscles in one of the most common trouble spots, your core, which improves your ability to perform any movement you do for work, exercise, or leisure.

  • I really enjoy being a member of the gym. I think it is an excellent workout. I have been a member since October of 2015 and am closing in on two hundred check-ins. There has been a dramatic improvement in my physique and my stamina. I am about in the best shape of my life. I will be 56 in May. I think you guys are excellent trainers and really care about your clients. That is very important . No one likes to be taken for granted. I think the circuits are fantastic. It is fun to have a measure of success and they do exactly that. You guys do an outstanding job of making all levels of exercisers feel welcome. From beginner to advanced and that is really cool.

    Suggestions: I would like to see you implement the bonus round again. On occasion I would like to see the active rest be all legs, or all abs. I would like the red box and the black box to be part of active rest at one station every day.

  • 9Round is an excellent hardcore workout. If you want to be challenged, go to 9Round. Workouts change everyday. A huge convenience is no class times, your workouts start when you get there. An excellent workout!
