9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want an unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations developed by a professional fighter.

I've tried many different workouts over the years and this is by far the best that I've experienced. I love that it gives me a total body workout and by the time I am ready to quit the workout is already over :-)!

I really can't say enough good things about the whole team here! Everyone's really supportive, the whole atmosphere is great and somehow the whole team knows your name and are extremely genuine. Basically, 9Round Farmington Hills is like the chorus of the Cheers theme, but instead of being about beer and drinking depressants, it's about hitting things, which is actually a pretty solid anti-depressant! Also, you get sweet gloves and go by your ring name there, which is pretty sick too!

Great Place - Slava and team are amazing. They help everyone all the time. 30 mins workout will make you stronger and fit. Best workout i ever had. Its been 2 weeks and I lost 4 lbs. MUST try and enroll.

Slava "The Russian" RoyzenblatSlava lives in the West Bloomfield area with his wife and three children. He has been in dental industry for over 20 years, but has always loved fitness and promoted healthy living. His interest in fitness peaked about 8 years ago, when he became a personal fitness trainer. He truly enjoys helping others achieve their fitness goals, has a genuine desire to support people and has a compassionate, yet helpful attitude in dealing with this sometimes sensitive subject. Through education, exercise, and a healthy diet Slava assists people in reaching their all-time best by improving overall health and wellness. He is very passionate about what he does, and believes his experience and ability to connect with others will help get Michigan and America fit, 9 Rounds at a time!
Benjamin "Beast Boy" RoyzenblatBen is a top notch gymnast. He was trained under the watchful guidance of Slava so his moves are flawless. Ben's energy and dedication are always welcome in the gym. He is a huge inspiration for others to work harder and his optimism makes everyone smile. His hobbies are eating french fries (which don't add him any weight since his metabolism is so fast), running, and gymnastics rings. He has several awards including, but not limited to "Most Burgers Eaten in 10 minutes", "Most Sassy Tongue", and "Cutest Employee".
Sonya "Sonyanator" RoyzenblatSonya goes to Wayne State University and plans on studying medicine. Her father has been a fitness trainer for 8 years so Sonya has always been active. She used to swim and enjoys backcountry camping trips. Although Sonya may seem to be tough and unrelenting as a trainer, she's actually very sweet and loves helping people. Her favorite round is Round 3 with the double-ended bag and her favorite active rest activity is the one-legged push-up. Her motivation comes from her determination to make herself a better person.
Mark "The Killer" RoyzenblatMark has always been active throughout his life including playing hockey for 6 years and going through the ranks of exercise with Slava. As a trainer he enjoys helping out people and having a motivational attitude towards people so that they can achieve their fitness goals. Mark loves playing guitar, long boarding, and spending time outside. His favorite round is round 8 because of the absolute precision, accuracy, and hand-eye coordination needed to correctly do the speed bag.
Dayna "Day" GuerresoI was always into fitness and ran marathons and won body building contests. But I started seriously getting into fitness when I joined 9Round in February 2014. From my first day my lifestyle changed for the better and I started learning as much as I could about good nutrition and fitness. I have always loved helping others and enjoyed my own experience so much I decided being a trainer and learning even more could not only benefit myself, but others as well. My favorite round is Round 7. I love the variety of exercises you can do on the horizontal bag; from shin kicks to donkey kicks to bag pushes. My favorite 30 sec exercise is holding V....that's a total lie!! Haha it's really squat kicks or criss cross feet or knee ups or plank or push-ups. I like them all, except holding V ;)
