  • I like that I can get a creative and challenging full-body workout completed in 30 minutes. I like that I always have a personal trainer (and the trainers at my gym are fantastic by the way). I like the overall atmosphere, dimmed lighting, smaller space, and friendly faces. I also like the variety of exercises that we do, from punching and kicking to working with our own body weight, a medicine ball, jump rope, or free-weights.

  • I can get a total body workout in only 30 minutes. Since joining 4 months ago I feel significantly stronger and have noticed improvements in my running routine because of my improved overall strength. As I approach 50, I am happy to see my muscle tone improving rather than declining with age. The differing routines keep things from getting boring, and I look forward to my workouts.
