CHASE "HAMBONE" .Chase, aka "Hambone" is the club Manager at 9Round Murfreesboro. Hambone is a graduated of Middle Tennessee State University where he majored in Exercise Science. Chase is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM with CPR and AED accreditation as well. Chase loves to get people fit through 9Rounds unique circuit.
Rachel "Twinkle Toes" .Rachel “Twinkle Toes” Maddox is one of the newest additions to the 9Round team but is already using her unique set of skills to make a dazzling impact with members. A recent graduate of Middle Tennessee State Univeristy with a degree in American Military history, Maddox’s signature training style stems more from her extensive background in gymnastics and dance. Maddox was named the Tennessee Cheerleader of the Year in 2012 but choose to focus more on academia during her collegiate experience. However Maddox’s enthusiasm for learning new things never faltered eventually leading her to begin training in martial arts and self defense in 2014. Drawing on the strength, flexibility, and endurance learned from her time spent as a gymnast, Rachel is committed to making sure each member experiences results they desire while also enjoying the journey to make it happen.
Jennifer "The Kickboxing Whisperer" .Jennifer is a sophomore at Middle Tennessee State University studying Pre-law and Agribusiness. She has a passion for training horses and competes with the stock horse team at MTSU. Jennifer's health journey started with running in various long distance races in 2015, then moving to a local gym to further her fitness. Becoming bored with her routine, she found 9Round and fell in love, so much, she decided to become a trainer. Jennifer believes that never giving up is key to reaching any goal.
