Strength: Stations 1-2

You'll use dumb bells, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes and other equipment to build strength and stamina. Our trainers help you at every station.

Kickbox Fitness: Stations 3-8

The real fun begins as you punch and kick heavy bags to build power, double end bags to increase coordination and timing, and speed bags to develop shoulder conditioning and speed.

Abs & Core: Station 9

You’ll tighten and strengthen all the muscles in one of the most common trouble spots, your core, which improves your ability to perform any movement you do for work, exercise, or leisure.

  • 9Round is an awesome total body workout! I don't enjoy working out but when I found 9Round that changed. It's fun and gets you results! The trainers are great and there is never a shortage of encouragement! The best part is that there are no class times. You can come and jump in when it fits in your schedule, as a new round starts every 3 minutes. I can't recommend it enough.

    Owner/Operator, Christy, has a background in hospitality - giving her a passion for building relationships. She loves motivating the members to reach their goals and encourage them when the going gets tough! Being a business owner and mom, Christy easily relates to the members needing to take just 30 minutes a day for themselves. In her spare time, Christy enjoys cooking, traveling and shopping for shoes!

    Jesse "The Samurai" Ricks
    Jesse Ricks is a mixed martial artist, with concentration in Muay Thai, Taekwondo, Kickboxing, Boxing and Jiu Jitsu. Jesse learned the R.A.T system (Rapid Assault Tactics) under Billy Jack Rucks; founder and head instructor of One Source Progressive Fighting. Jesse also has an extensive background in weight training and physical fitness. Jesse brings an energized kickboxing and fitness style to 9Round Kickboxing. Jesse is passionate about teaching and doing what he loves for a living. In his spare time, Jesse enjoys reading and watching movies.
