    Sky "The Limit" Morris
    Owner and operator of 9Round TCU. I graduated from John Brown University in 2004. I was a former professional Muay Thai kickboxer from 2000-2007 and have trained amateur and professional fighters. I hold two national personal training certifications from ACE and NCCPT with an added Strength and Conditioning Specialty Certification. I love being in the fitness industry and helping change people's lives for the better. The success stories make all the hard work worth it!

    Raul "Turbo" Taduran
    Throughout the years I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and training with some the world’s best. I specialize in many forms, but it was my passion for striking that brought me to the precipice of my training, the science of eight limbs, otherwise known as Muay Thai. Competing for many years I’ve worked with some of the best people I know, and it was through our experiences together that I saw an opportunity to fulfill my life’s work, my true passion to train others and help them to see the beauty of martial arts that I was blessed enough to experience myself. I learned that the magnificence of true potential could not be reached by raw talent and training alone, to achieve the most ideal form of oneself, you must also provide the most ideal fuel. During my time-off when I wasn’t training I was going to school and eventually I graduated from a private medical college. I apply all that I have learned from school and martial arts to what I do. Every aspect of life provides an area for improvement, it’s all about the attitude and the discipline. I want to share this with the world, I want to share this with you. The great philosopher Socrates once wrote, “No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.” Let me help you be the very best version of you. Let’s see what you’re capable of!     Kelsie "Chicken Biscuit" Allbright
    I am a senior at TCU, majoring in Movement Science with the goal of pursuing a career in Chiropractics. I am from Montgomery, Texas. A small town outside of Houston. Throughout high school I was very active. I had been in competitive cheerleading for 13 years and cheered all four years of high school. I was captain my senior year and I am a National Cheerleaders Association staff member. I have been doing 9Round since my freshman year in college and I absolutely love it! Getting to motivate and push all of our 9Round members to their highest potential is so rewarding!

    McKenna "Kiss My Arras" Arras
    I am from Coppell, TX a small town outside of Dallas. This coming Fall semester, I will be a senior at TCU studying sport psychology with a minor in business. I have always been very active in high school I was busy playing volleyball and soccer. If I am not playing a sport or exercising, then I am studying it. Sport psychology has really opened my eyes and has taught me how to motivate not only different athletes but also fitness enthusiast. When I am not studying I am playing intramurals or working out at 9Round. When I first worked out here I absolutely loved it because it was something different everyday. I have been doing 9Round since my freshman year in college and have never been bored with it. I have been working here for almost a year and have loved working with our members. I enjoy challenging them in the gym so they can get a better and healthier lifestyle.

  • Quick-Fast and in a Hurry... In and out in 30 min. No need to think about what you're going to do for the work-out... Just show up and get to it! Great Staff and Great Music!

  • 9 Rounds is literally the most rewarding workout experience there is!!! It's only been a month since I've started and I've already noticed results everywhere!!! I feel so much better about myself and feel more confident to wear tighter clothing! 9 Rounds is a work out miracle for several reasons: 1) the work out is ONLY 30 minutes, so its a quick and easy way to fit in a workout during a bust day; 2) there is no set class times which allows you to schedule your workout on your own time; 3) the workouts are different each day which keeps the workout new, fresh, and exciting; 4) there are always trainers there demonstrating the workout at each round, as well as there for encouragement when you feel like you can't continue; 5) membership is inexpensive and definitely affordable!!! I can't say enough about 9 Rounds!!! Honestly, I will be sad to go home for summer but will be so excited to return in the fall!!! I'm a 9 Rounds junkie, y'all!!!!

  • I absolutely love this place. it is super easy to get commited to. It may be just a 30 minute work out but time seems to fly by. You can always feel the burn and sweat by the first round which I love. David is such an amazing motivator. Best trainor by far that I've had. And even though this location is in the TCU area you don't actually have to be a TCU student or faculty member. I am neither and I immediately felt welcomed by everyone there. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who is looking for a fun work out :)

  • My first month at 9Round has been great!! The workouts change everyday and keeps me on my toes and challenges me every time! I've never had a workout that makes me sweat so good in 30 minutes! And David and his staff are great and he is so personable!

  • I discovered 9 rounds while leaving my apartment complex and was intrigued right off the back! I ended up getting a membership and it was the best decision I have ever made in regards to a workout. Everyone should try it out, it's 30 minutes and easy to fit in your busy schedule! Some of the reasons I love 9 rounds so much is that it's conveniently located right below my apartment, it's 30 minutes of hard cardio, the workouts are never the same, and there are no class times which means you are free to come and go as you please! I highly recommend checking 9 rounds out by TCU! Your first session is free and the trainer, David won't let you down!!! Natalie
