Strength: Stations 1-2

You'll use dumb bells, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes and other equipment to build strength and stamina. Our trainers help you at every station.

Kickbox Fitness: Stations 3-8

The real fun begins as you punch and kick heavy bags to build power, double end bags to increase coordination and timing, and speed bags to develop shoulder conditioning and speed.

Abs & Core: Station 9

You’ll tighten and strengthen all the muscles in one of the most common trouble spots, your core, which improves your ability to perform any movement you do for work, exercise, or leisure.

    Nick "Twinkle Toes" Trujillo
    Nicky "twinkle toes" Trujillo aka Nicky twotoe is a man from both borders. Raised in Northern Minnesota he graduated from Lake of the Woods High School where he was a 3 sport athlete. After which he attended the University of Minnesota and a got a degree in kinesiology. Along with being a 9 Round trainer he is also the strength and conditioning coach at Coon Rapids High School as well as a personal trainer in the northern suburbs. With over 8 years of training experience he has become a body mechanic. Utilizing his past training he can take an individual from injury repair to max performance. He is also a great resource for those with questions and concerns about their training. With him at your side you will be able to ride the way you were meant to
