  • I started in September. I kept the 30lb I lost last year off. Love that it's small and the trainers are alsome. They are always there to motivate you.it's always a new routine so I don't get board. I have not reach my goal weight or gotten everything tone yet but I know 2019 will be a better year.

    Christina "Supernova" Marusich
    Christina has been involved in martial arts (Mauy Thai) since the age of 10. Christina is also a former competitive Olympic Weightlifter winning 7 medals during that time. Currently Christina is involved in Powerlifting and Strongman. Christina's knowledge and background in kickboxing, strength training and nutrition brings a level of professionalism and dedication ensuring that members at any fitness level the best experience and motivation in obtaining their goals.

    Keith "Monk" Surroz
    Keith loves 9Round and working with people on achieving their fitness goals. He still makes the annual trip to University of Illinois to play in the Old Guys Rugby game. His favorite stations are "The Wrecking Ball" and the Horizontal bag. His favorite exercise is working people out on the hand p[ads or lizard pushups.
