Everything ! I like the way the preparedness of the work out platform . It is not quite ordinary that you can encounter in a gym. There is no routine exercise. And my ! You get an amazing workout in your day and it’s only 30 minutes. Everyone has at least 30 minutes of free time in their day and why not spend it working out and having fun. All the trainers are very f... riendly and helpful and they let you go at your own pace. You feel great after the workout because you worked hard and had a lot of fun during it.
