  • I love that I can walk in any time and get a great workout; no set time I have to be there, no class closed if too many people show up. The trainers are always watching for correct form. They encourage and motivate and sometimes give you that little kick you need to keep going. I've been a 9Rounder almost since the beginning and still love the way I feel when I finish that final round.

  • I love how all the trainers work with you. They don’t give up on you and they will keep on pushing. I was never much into exercising and keeping to a diet until I joined nine rounds. You work up such a sweat and feel so good afterwards. The staff is amazing and so are the people that attend.

  • What I like about 9R is I can get a whole body workout in 30 mins! My trainer make sure I am doing my exercise in correct form so I can the maximum workout experience and results. When I first started 9R in November 2016, I couldn't do burpees, I couldn't jump rope for a whole minute without stopping, or you the speed bag. As I continue to come to I got stronger and now those exercises are much easier! I am so glad I joined the 9 Round Team!

    Tyler "Ty-Fighter" Sprowls
    Manager of Butler! Tyler Sprowls has greatly understood the value of health and fitness since he was a child. His parents (one being a personal trainer) always encouraged a healthy lifestyle for the family. As a child, Tyler had serious health issues. He spent time with doctors and nutritionists and learned from a young age how to be health conscious and overcame his illnesses. Tyler knows the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and to not take it for granted. He loves to encourage and educate others so they can do the same!

    Hannah "Death Star" Largent
    I was born and raised in Texas where I lived a very active lifestyle taking care of the many animals and chores around the ranch. I moved to Greenville 12 years ago and was thrown into sports at school. My favorite sports are volleyball and soccer. I played high school varsity volleyball for 3 years then sports died down and I started working. I had various jobs most of which were in costumer service. I passed 9Round gym constantly on my way to work and always wanted to see what it was like. I was so excited when I finally got the job. I love working in the 9Round atmosphere. It is exciting, fun, productive and sometimes crazy. I love that I now have a job that I can help make other people's lives better.
