  • Before I started working out at 9round, I was always self-conscious to even go to a gym. What I love about 9round is that no one else coming is focused on you and what you are doing. The trainers are also very supportive and encouraging. I have seen great results and I have gotten stronger since I joined last year. I would not have dreamed then I would be able to do kettle bell swings with 30 lb kettle bells, but now I can!

  • The best parts are the ever-changing workouts, every round, every day, something different. You never know what the workout will be until you begin, and there is not muscle memory because of the variety.... and the trainers at the corporate gyms are exceptional at what they do -- and they do it with enthusiasm, professionalism and are always engaging with the members as they progress round to round. I have been doing this for about 3-1/2 years, many times weekly, and I expect to keep going at the same pace. It has changed my lifestyle and my body in positive ways.

  • 9Round is fast, fun & furious! This "GYM" is definitely a No-Judgement zone! For the entire time you're there you are constantly moving and thinking about your station (round)! There is no time for anyone to gawk at you or other members or judge about what you're doing or not doing. The trainers make sure every one is moving and focused on their own Round! There aren't any posers either, no one has a camera out (hard to do with boxing gloves on) no one has ear buds in (you gotta be able to hear the bell) and there's no time to flex for yourself in the mirror! And you can't do the exercise wrong! The trainers show you exactly what to do. 30 minutes is all it takes!

  • The high intensity full body workouts at 9Round fit my needs and enable me to go beyond my expectations reaching higher levels of physical fitness. The cardio pump achieved during the 30 minute sessions can't be matched by conventional gym workouts. There's always a professional Trainer with you to ensure that you're using proper form and to push you to new levels.

  • The trainers at 9Round are the best! They do their best to encourage one on their workout, yet not so much that one gets discouraged. They take their time to make sure that you are doing the specific exercise the right way without hurting oneself. And if the exercise cannot be done, they have an alternate way of doing it. If they even have the time, they do the exercise with you!

I’ve had great results! The work outs change daily, so it keeps you from getting burnt out doing the same thing over and over again. It quickly becomes an addiction.

    Tyler "TyFighter" Sprowls
    Tyler is the manager at the Butler Road 9Round location. He has been working with 9Round for several years now, and is very passionate about the brand. Tyler was recently married, he enjoys spending time with his wife, playing hockey, and fitness related activities. Tyler just recently moved to the Butler Road location, from Pelham Road. He is excited to meet and work with new members here! He can't wait to help people reach their health and fitness goals! Favorite kickboxing move: Front Kicks

    “Katie is a second year Clemson student from Greenville who has a passion for fitness and kickboxing.     Robby was born and raised in Mauldin, SC. He became a member back in 2008, and decided to join the 9Round team in 2018. Robby wanted to give back, by encouraging members to become healthier both physically and mentally.     Hannah "Death Star" Largent
    Hannah was born and raised in Texas where she lived a very active lifestyle taking care of the many animals and chores around the ranch. Hannah moved to Greenville 12 years ago and was thrown into sports at school. Her favorite sports are volleyball and soccer. She played high school varsity volleyball for 3 years then sports died down and she started working. Hannah had various jobs most of which were in costumer service. She passed 9Round gym constantly on my way to work and always wanted to see what it was like. Hannah was so excited when I finally joined the team. She loves working in the 9Round atmosphere. It is exciting, fun, productive and sometimes crazy. Hannah loves having a job where she can help make other people's lives better. Favorite kickboxing move: Shin Kicks

    MacKenzie is a senior at USC Upstate, majoring in Exercise Science. When Joseph is not at work, he is spending time in Firefighting classes--where he is training to become a firefighter.
