9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want an unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of 9 challenging workout stations developed by a professional fighter.

First day today... totally kicked my butt but I want to do it again! I'm addicted already.
I absolutely love the Augusta road 9Rounds. Mills is an awesome trainer, he always greets me as I walk in the door. He's outgoing & pushes me to complete my workout. I get so much out of my workout at 9Rounds, it's also an emotional workout for me. Relieving the daily stresses of being a single mom is very much apart of my workout.
9Round Certified Trainers
Mills "The Machine " StoverMills is one of the earliest pioneers in 9round gyms! He bought one of the first 9round franchises that opened on Augusta Road in Greenville, SC and is also co-owner of a 9round gym off of Pelham Rd in Greenville, SC. as well as two locations in Columbia, SC. Mills grew up primarily in Greenville, SC but also spent time living in Ft. Lauderdale, Charleston, Aspen, and Los Angeles. He graduated from College of Charleston and has over 20 years of experience in fitness and martial arts based training. However, before opening up a 9Round location, he worked on the production of over 40 different television shows and 5 feature films. When it comes to fitness Mills believes "If you train the same, you stay the same".
Chris "The Crusher" LawlessHave you met Chris the 9Round manager of both the Augusta St and Pelham Rd locations? If so you will know right away he is passionate not only about fitness but your journey in becoming a stronger, healthier you. Chris had been a member since February of 2013. After working and managing NAPA for 15 years he left to come on board with 9Round. If he is not either working or working out in 9Round you could probably find him fishing with his wife of 22 years at a local lake or river.
Daniel "The Devine" YorkDaniel grew up in Greenville South Carolina and has been working at 9round for just over a year. When he's not being a personal trainer he spends his time working out, watching movies, and playing baseball. He is also the head coach for the junior varsity baseball team at Southside Christian. If you were to ask Daniel he would tell you that he "can out run a gazelle".
Brittany "The Bruiser" ComerBrittany has a passion for health & fitness -- being involved in several athletics since childhood. She graduated from Clemson University in 2013 with a B.S. in Psychology. Since then she has obtained her Personal Training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also working towards becoming a RN.
Marybeth GundlachI have a passion for getting others excited about fitness and pushing their bodies to the limit. One of my favorite things is to see people push themselves past what they think possible. I am finishing my B.S. in Exercise Science at Bob Jones University in the fall '16. I have enjoyed many sports from a young age. I did Combined Martial Arts for 3 years earning my brown belt and competing in several competitions. Participating in martial arts helped me to learn motivation and endurance vital for achieving personal fitness goals to this day. In my free time I train for races, enjoy being outside, and relax with friends.
Candice HerndonCandice grew up in North Augusta South Carolina and worked as a Spinning and group fitness instructor for 4 years before joining 9round back in August of 2013.
