Supercharge Your Water!
Let's supercharge your water! We have discussed importance of drinking water first thing upon awakening, as this will help to hydrate the body since we are slightly dehydrated when we wake up. Just to review, females want to drink a minimum of 14 ounces of water and males 20 ounces of water immediately upon awakening. Now, let's add some serious horsepower to our first glass of water of the day and this will help assist in creating amazingly productive days.
Fill your glass with water and then add the following:
- One scoop of effort
- One scoop of hard work
- One scoop of commitment
- One scoop of dedication
- One scoop of laser-like focus
- One scoop of "I'll do whatever it takes” mentality
Mix all of this together and then enjoy the best glass of water you've ever had! If this sounds off-the-wall, fantastic; but what we have to understand is that the mind is amazingly powerful. And our mind is either our biggest asset or our biggest limiter. It's our choice, each day, as to what we want our mind to be. Do we want our mind to be our biggest asset or our biggest limiter? Well, by powering up your glass of water at the start of each day with the above, you will be sure to set yourself up for an amazing, high-energy, powerful, highly productive day where your mind is your biggest asset.
And then, after you finish that last gulp of water, I want you to say the following out loud, "today is going to be a great day." I'm serious; if you want to set yourself up for success each and every day, do the above each morning. By doing so, you are making a conscious choice to put your mind in the most positive state possible at the start of each day. How can this not be a great thing, right?
So, here's to you; let's do a virtual toast. Hold up that glass of water right now, seriously, hold it up… And let's do a virtual toast! Today is going to be a great day!
