    Andrea is a Greenville native with a passion for fitness and helping others. She started with 9Round in Summer of 2015, and has extensive experience in aquatics, with a background of competitive horseback riding, swimming, soccer, and fitness. She loves coffee, animals, and road trips! Her favorite exercises are squats and her favorite round is the Wrecking Ball!

    Hannah "DeathStar" Largent
    I was born and raised in Texas where I lived a very active lifestyle taking care of the many animals and chores around the ranch. I moved to Greenville 12 years ago and was thrown into sports at school. My favorite sports are volleyball and soccer. I played high school varsity volleyball for 3 years then sports died down and I started working. I had various jobs most of which were in costumer service. I passed 9Round gym constantly on my way to work and always wanted to see what it was like. I was so excited when I finally got the job. I love working in the 9Round atmosphere. It is exciting, fun, productive and sometimes crazy. I love that I now have a job that I can help make other people's lives better.

    Eugene "Punisher" Bishop
    I was born in Mississippi, but raised in Greenville SC since I was two. So, I have lived here most of my life. I am a high school drop-out who is currently working on a Bachelors in Genetics from Clemson. 9round became a part of my wife’s life just about two years ago. She had some major goals she wanted to achieve and we both had tried other gyms like Planet Fitness in the past, and we both had a hard time committing after a while. Through her first year and a half, she constantly tried to get me to come try the work out but I never would. At the time I was working 60 hours a week while taking classes. Eventually this subsided and I took over my father’s landscaping company and dropped it down to 10 properties that I could manage with a push mower, blower, and weed eater. This gave me more time for classes, as well as opening up time for me to come check out the gym. I went with her one evening to Taylors gym, and meet Tracy. I was hooked. The first-time workout wasn’t what did it for me it was watching what everybody else was doing, and going, “Hey, I want to do that.” I joined that evening with a three-month paid in full membership. I instantly began showing a minimum of five days a week, and was loving it. After a month in a half to two months, I began talking to Tracy about becoming a trainer, and I have been here ever since. 9Round has changed my life and what I thought was possible of myself physically, as with several trainers and members, I took on and tackled my first Spartan Race Trifecta last year in 2017.

    Calvin "C Money" Auman
    Calvin started with 9Round in the spring of 2015. He was a member for almost a year and a half before coming on board with us. He has a passion for fitness and teaching others. His favorite round is Round 2 because it is a mystery of what you will get everyday. His favorite exercise is the Iron Cross!

    Sarah "thing 1" Egan
    Sarah Egan aka "Thing 1" nicknamed with her upbeat kickboxing counterpart "Thing 2", has been physically active her entire life. Sarah competed in competitive sports from the time she was able to walk all the way until she was a Division I Rower at Clemson University. Sarah joined 9Round in January of 2016 and immediately fell in love with the structure of the program. She quickly saw results and started reaching her fitness goals. She loves the convenience of no class times and how it worked along with her crazy schedule of being a Fifth Grade teacher! Sarah enjoys coming in and taking every workout to the next level and wants to help you do the same! You will only ever regret the workout you DIDN'T do! So come on in and let's reach your goals together!

    Sasha "Thing 2" Stoudenmire
    Sasha Stoudenmire, also referred to as "Thing 2" with her kickboxing counterpart, and athletic duo, "Thing 1!"- participated in sports as she was growing up, and has always focused on having a healthy lifestyle. Being a fifth grade teacher, she's learned the art of patience, and persistence. She's also learned that hard work pays off, and loves the progress she's seen in her time at 9Round! Sasha joined 9Round in January of 2016, and immediately fell in love with the structure of the program. She loves the high-intensity workout that is ever-changing, and always challenging! She's lived a busy lifestyle, and has found that 9Round fits her lifestyle best! 30 minutes, with a certified trainer that is there to motivate and push you- what more could you ask for? She has pushed herself to reach goals she once thought unattainable, and can't wait to help you do the same! Work hard, and be PROUD of what you achieve!

  • I've never been as consistent with any other workout regimen than I have been with 9R. I love the efficiency of the workout; cardio, strength and flexibility and agility all in 30 minutes! I've Been a 9R member for sometime now, and I can rarely remember ever doing the same exercise. There is never a boring moment!! I can definitely tell a difference in how I feel physically if I miss a week!

  • I LOVE 9ROUND!!! It is the best 30 minutes of my day! I never have to wait and can go workout when its convenient for me! With the workouts changing everyday, I never have to worry about hitting a plateau!

  • I could go on and on about 9Round and how wonderful it is! Being overweight, I have tried multiple times to work out, eat right, and get healthy. It wasn't until 9Round that I found something that truly "clicked". I hated spending 1 - 1.5 hours at the gym. I would always find an excuse not to go. With 9Round, it's 30 minutes!!! That's it! Try to find an excuse to not work out for 30 minutes. And it's a full body workout, so you know you're really working, and not a second of your time is wasted. After trying other things for 6 years - and finding little success - I am getting results at 9Round North Greenville!   • 9 Round is the best workout that I have been a part of since college football! Being a husband, father (to three boys!), and on staff with the Fellowship of Christian athletes - my schedule is constantly a moving target and my time is so precious. I tried to convince myself that I had 1-1.5 hours for a conventional workout, but I kept having to push it. The beauty of 9 round is that I can always convince myself that I have 30 mins...and not a second is wasted during the workout! Josh and the crew do an amazing job with the workouts and I am literally in the best shape of my life right now! If you are looking for a consistently intense, full-body, 30 minute workout (oh, and you get to punch and kick things!) there is no better option than 9 round!
