  • I like that 9round is a fast and effective workout that changes every day. It is the best of both worlds because you get a custom workout, somebody to guide you along the way, but you also get to do it alone at your pace. I worked out during both of my pregnancies with 9round and felt great! As a working mom it is also a great stress reliever and time to focus on myself!

    Tyler "Ty-Fighter" Sprowls
    Manager of Pelham, Tyler Sprowls has greatly understood the value of health and fitness since he was a child. His parents (one being a personal trainer) always encouraged a healthy lifestyle for the family. As a child, Tyler had serious health issues. He spent time with doctors and nutritionists and learned from a young age how to be health conscious and overcame his illnesses. Tyler knows the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and to not take it for granted. He loves to encourage and educate others so they can do the same!

    “Katie is a second year Clemson student from Greenville who has a passion for fitness and kickboxing. She has been kickboxing with 9Round since the age of 12, but has also trained other martial arts & kickboxed competitively for several years. Her goal is to help 9Round members reach their fitness goals and become the best versions of themselves possible!”

    Born in Mauldin, became a member back in 2008-2009. Wanted to give back to what my old trainers gave me to my members. During my spare time I like to fly. I’ve been a member since May 2018.
